Pluses: touch screen! I didn’t know it had one. Nice. Very light weight, but solid feel. Minuses: called them with questions. Horrible support. Said they would call back, never did. Overall bad experience. USB-C plug that does not shut off, which means my external drives are ALWAYS on. Had to buy a different hub. Fortunately Amazon had one. Then, the power problem. Won’t turn on half the time. Reset button on the bottom seems to work. If you want to be resetting 50% of the time. Now it seems to not want to turn on while a/c cord plugged in. So, again, if you want to start it on battery then plug in the power cord, no problem. But just a hell of a nuisance. Overall it seems like it was once probably a good laptop. But there is no possibility of buying another refurbished pc. Save your money and buy a NEW one. Avoid the headaches. * Oh yeah, about that question I wanted to ask : what is the tray on the back for? I mean an actual tray like on your Android phone. A place for a SIM card AND a micro SD card. Neither of which is recognized by the pc. Is this something they screwed up when it was refurbished? OR ? Guess I’ll never find out. Wanna buy a refurbished Lenovo T490s ? $200 you pay postage. Not for sale outside the lower 48.

This is an excellent refurbished laptop. I have had no issues with it running fast and doing all I need it to do. Very pleased with the laptop and the price is a great deal.
