Review of Best Buy purchase experience

I don't understand what the concept of Purchasing a New Computer is to Best Buy. Twice tried to give me an obviously, previously purchased product. Open box, scuff marks on laptop, trying to tell me it was new. Never tried the product but the experience was terrible.

I love Lenovo and Thinkbooks, but this one had 9 months left of a year warranty. I decided to keep so hopefully it doesn't get me in the end.
