My Lenovo thinkpad has held up consistently the past few months. The laptop functions perfectly for online classes, and allows me to participate in my zoom classes with no issues regarding the camera and microphone. I love how sturdy this laptop is and I feel it will be reliable for years to come. My singular concern is that occasionally the screen will go black for a second or two, before returning to normal.

So far so good. It’s fun to have a new laptop. I did a good amount of research before purchasing this one and have not been disappointed. I’ve had Thinkpads for the past 20 years and they are durable, fast and provide a solid typing experience. Since this is sold by a third party, I did find navigating the website to register my device was confusing.

Easy data transfer from old laptop. Simple setup. Plenty of functionality without the need for sass apps. The most reliable laptop I’ve owned/used.

This was for my wife. She seems to really like it. At lease the hinges are way better designed then the last Dell she had. I really like that is uses USB-C to charge. Now she can leave the charger in one place and use a phone charger in another room.

I have had this laptop for 11 months. Literally every time I use it, I have to scan my fingerprint. The fingerprint scanner is a piece of crap. 99% of the time it says it can't read it, try a different finger. I have to put the laptop to sleep, wake it up, try again, THEN it works with the same finger/position. It almost NEVER works the first time. So it is a huge annoyance every time I use this laptop, to the point that I will NEVER purchase another Lenovo product. EVER. I'm busy. I have a lot to do. I need a computer that works every time I open it to use it. It's such a hassle. Not worth it. Also, I HATE the touchpad. In order to click something, you have to click the FAR LEFT side of the pad. If you click the middle or right side, it's like doing a right click and you get an annoying menu pop up on the screen. I am right handed (like many users), so I often accidentally click the middle rather than FAR left side, so I get the annoying pop up instead of clicking on the thing I was aiming for. I have had many laptops and none of them required the user to touch the FAR left side of the pad to engage the click feature. It's so annoying. And when I say FAR left, I mean FAR. The touch pad is about 4" wide, and if I don't touch the 1" at the far left hand side, I get a right click popup. The other 3" (75%) of the touch pad will result in a right click. That is just a STUPID DESIGN. Again, no more Lenovos for me. EVER. I wish I could afford to just buy a different laptop right now, I hate this one so much. Doesn't matter how great the screen or memory is if using it is so annoying.

It's a decent computer. Its fast and does it job really well. Dont expect to run Cyberpunk on it but it runs smaller games very well. Sound could be improved though, its very quiet.

This lap top is really easy to use, straight forward and really durable. I don't have to worry about putting it in a back pack or anything. It's a reliable machine.

Solid performance and robust build by Lenovo and Ryzen. Love the keyboard and they kept a feature in the keyboard that i am used to, that’s not there in keyboards these days.
