Works great! Allows me to run a HDMI and a DP monitor in addition to the display on my laptop with no issues. The only thing to be aware of is that this unit is fairly large. It's not an issue on the desktop, but when combined with the power supply, it's a bit bulky if you want to pack it with your laptop for travel. Otherwise, no complaints.

This is the second one I bought. Gives me every option I need with high data transfers. Solid Quality.

Purchased the ThinkPad Tunderbolt 3 Docking Station as it was the only docking station recommended by Lenova to go with my Yoga C940. Have had two problems with the station working with my computer and my new LG LED monitor - after a period of about 5 minutes of no activity, the screen will lose the connection signal from the docking station. Only way to retrieve the screen is to unplug the docking station from the computer and plug it back in. Second issue is that the Audio does not always work on the computer when plugged into the docking station. When running Zoom meetings and the like, I need to disconnect my docking station and monitor from the computer in order for the audio to function. I would only recommend this docking station to other Yoga C940 owners if you "need" to have a docking station support your home office needs and you have a Yoga C940 computuer - for I was informed by Lenova that this is the only docking station that can be coupled with the C940 at this time. What else can you do. It is inconvenient at times but also serves a purpose.

Perfect docking station for my ThinkPad T14. It's a great size, well-built, and very easy to setup and connect to the USB-C port. I highly recommend it to anyone with a newer Lenovo ThinkPad.

Like that it comes with a separate power supply that has more than enough power for my wife's laptop plus any devices that are plugged into it. Other docks use your existing laptop power supply but then you quickly find out that its not enough power for both and Windows starts complaining and slow charging your laptop or you have other devices start cutting out. So far thats not the case with this one. All working well for a change.

The direct feed from my camera is fast and consistent. The connections are straight forward.

Excellent docking station. We use these for remote users and we have had no issues. The single thunderbolt cable has made it easy for them to connect their laptops to the docking station.

I bought this thinking I would love it. I had a 2 screen setup with a keyboard and mouse to plug in. The screens never had an issue, but the mouse, keyboard and Ethernet cord would constantly lose connection. I tried switching out the gear I was using but still had the same problem. I tried switching to differ t ports as well. I bought it to increase my productivity, instead I lost a week of trying to get this thing to work.

Bought this for a thunderbolt 3 laptop. Not thinkpad. But it still work well with USB ports and display ports. This is the only dock station found with ISB type A 3.1.

I'm so happy with this Dock station, now i can connect three monitors for my work.

I have a 15in Lenovo Yoga 940c. I love the computer but this dock won’t charge it. The doc is great except for that.

I was able to hookup my laptop quickly and so far it works perfectly.

Solid dock, just make sure you install the drivers from Lenovo's site.

The product is not compatible for Lenovo devices. The thunderbolt cable does not charge.

Terrible docking station. I had gone through 2 of these as Lenovo replaced the original dock as not one of the HDMI outputs worked. Same for the 2nd dock. Lenovo even admitted they are having issue with this dock working with Lenovo laptops. I switched to MUCH cheaper J5create dock and it works excellent compared to this. Avoid at all costs
