Visually, this all-in-one desktop computer is unappealing (looks like a flower pot attached to a TV). The computer I received, looked used and marred. In addition to its appeal, the computer arrived without a manual (although one was available online). It’s unnecessarily difficult, to set-up a new computer without its hard copy manual (that happens to be available online), There was no package slip (was it pre owned). Then, there was the setup issue! After several attempts (three times) and failures to complete setup…a decision was made to return the computer. As for the where and how it was used: The attempt to setup the computer, took place in my home office, and the how was never realized. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this product. The fact that this computer was shipped, as a new product is unbelievable. Considering it was impossible to setup, it didn’t need to be shipped, looking as though it was dusted off, and pulled from a warehouse of used products.
