Seller knew damaged when shipped, wont' replace
Bought from Best Buy, sent by PC Heaven. mouse stopped working Technician & manager of Geek Squad wrote a report that the device has USB port damage not from the precinct or client. Evidence PC Heaven aware not properly operational since adapter included with laptop Sent seller report They sent link to purchase another adapter!!! Wrote again & given choice ship it back if could be repaired –if so wouldn’t have sent it damaged) or $60 back. Accepted $60 Should have been sent replacement
