Customer Ratings & Reviews

I had a few glitches setting up my assistive/adaptive tech for the blind, but once I got through that, it's been awesome! I love my Lenovo! I use it for school. It's fast, reliable, and gets me through a full day on one charge. I was also surprised at how fast it charges. Super thin and surprisingly light weight.

Im so satisfied with my product performance. The laptop is functioning beyond i imagine, it's also very portable to handle, the battery is is durable for my studies period. I really love it ❤️

This laptop quality is great! I like the display, it is sturdy, attractive, performs its functions well, the special features are nice, the sound quality is great, and it was shipped with great care and thoughtfulness. The texture is very smooth and the keys and touchpad are very nice! I use it for basic things and it performs well! The manuals are handy and there are many settings to adapt. One of my favorite features is the fingerprint reader which makes signing in so quick and easy! I have been able to use the rotate function and it works well. I have been very careful with it so as not to damage it, so I wouldnt recommend heavy handling. Overall, very pleased! Great quality!

I just purchased this as a college student because my old laptop stopped working unexpectedly. This model is perfect for my classes. It is lightweight. The 2-in-1 allows me to take handwritten notes in class. The BestBuy staff were very helpful and patient with me in the store and provided me with excellent service.

This product has clear precise pictures on the screen. It has been a lifesaver! The battery life is exceptional!

The battery life on this device is one of the longest things I’ve ever used when it comes to doing school work. This is reliable and durable keeping me throughout the whole week of school with no problems.

So many bells and whistles on this product! It is so amazing that it can flip backward to become almost like a large tablet! A very cool product but as someone who is not tech savvy it’s a little hard to use at first. I’m going to use it at college and I think it will be a nice fit!!

Exactly what i need, right size, speed, features are all i need and also got it on a good sale price too.

Recently brought this for my birthday gift and was there for a half hour choosing a laptop when a associate took his time to help me and recommend this. Best laptop for the value and it's 2 in one.

Great device for college students, I use it everyday, battery life is amazing, definitely worth it!!

I got this laptop on August 28th and after its second update on September 13th, it entered an update loop for 3+ hours and then proceeded to fail on start up. I couldn’t use the laptop for 12+ hours. There should be absolutely no reason the laptop is having software problems when it is this new. Not only is the laptop not worth the price tag, I have to go out of my way to get help with this product from Best Buy. When I tap “get support with a product”, the laptop doesn’t show up but the vouchers that came with it do, really helpful.

This laptop is well crafted, the materials are great and it is ultraportable with great battery life. The initial set up was easy. The area where the camera is placed is different than other computes and I was initially hesitant to buy it because of it, but it actually works great facilitating how you open it. The task performance is very good and fast, I can definitely see the 16 gb of memory doing there job. The laptop is being used for general use but it has not been tested with heavy designing software or professional level video editing. I don’t know if it would be a good gaming laptop since it has not been used for that. All and all a great laptop and I got it on sale! I bought a Lenovo about 15 years ago and it lasted forever, hoping for this one to live up to its predecessors, and I think it will. EXCELLENT BUY

My prior laptop was 7 years old so I was long overdue for a new one. I was looking for one that could last for a day of work without needing to carry a charger, one that was light enough for me to easily carry in one arm, and one with a screen that had good image quality (but I don't work in photo editing or anything that needs extreme resolution). This computer was exactly what I was looking for. It does everything I want and it's light and easily portable. I had to get used to the bigger keys on the keyboard than my most recent laptop, but all of the other laptops I saw had even bigger keys than this one. I appreciate the speed and storage and the battery lasts all day and hadn't yet dropped below 50%.

I've been using this laptop for a few days now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The 2K OLED screen is absolutely gorgeous with vibrant colors and deep blacks. The 2-in-1 design is super convenient for switching between typing notes and reading or annotating in tablet mode. Performance is smooth and responsive thanks to the Intel Core Ultra processor and 16GB RAM. Battery life easily lasts through a full day of classes. Highly recommended for students or daily productivity!

Great laptop! The Lenovo Yoga 7i 2-in-1 has an excellent 2K OLED touchscreen that looks sharp, bright, and vibrant. It feels fast and responsive, and the 16GB of memory and 512GB SSD provide plenty of performance and storage for everyday use, work, streaming, and multitasking. I also really like the 2-in-1 design. Being able to switch between laptop and tablet modes is very convenient, especially for browsing, taking notes, or watching videos. The build quality feels solid, and the Luna Grey color gives it a sleek, premium look. Overall, this is a great combination of performance, portability, display quality, and versatility. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!

This laptop delivers impressively strong performance across the board, making it a reliable choice for both everyday users and power‑hungry workloads. Apps launch quickly, multitasking feels smooth, and even heavier tasks like photo editing, large spreadsheets, or running multiple browser tabs at once don’t slow it down. The system stays responsive under pressure, which speaks to the quality of its processor and overall hardware optimization. Battery life holds up well during regular use, and the machine maintains consistent speed whether plugged in or running on battery. The thermals are also handled nicely—fans stay relatively quiet, and the laptop doesn’t get uncomfortably warm during extended sessions. If you’re looking for a device that feels fast, stays fast, and handles a wide range of tasks without hesitation, this laptop’s performance is genuinely impressive. It’s a dependable workhorse that makes daily computing feel effortless.

Original price was 1299 got it for 799 on Tax free weekend. Best deal out there at the time. Great screen, battery life and keyboard. USB C charge for 65W which is nice and plenty of other smaller chargers on the market. Ports: Headphone jack, 2 USB c, Micro SD, HDMI and USB A. Fingerprint reader, Manual webcam blocker. Backlit keyboard with Auto adjust. 1 star is knocked off for 2 reasons: 1 the trackpad is ok, had better on other laptops. Speakers are very mid, even low quality for price, but they get the job done for meetings. Just don't expect over the top speaker quality Overall: Fantastic deal/ best deal you can get when this is on sale. Battery life around 14 hours. Lenovo is known for their keyboards and this one is another example of great keyboards. Build quality is solid. Bloatware is minimal and easily uninstalled. Gold standard for Port selection. Try to get the Intel version as the AMD uses mediatek for Wifi and the intel chip is more reliable, though AMD version will save you $50. Arrived in 2 days,

this is a very beautiful and sleek laptop. the screen quality is great, the sound quality is good, the battery life is fine. i dont care for the copilot buildin and would never use it. i like the range of motion for the screen. you can turn it all the way around. i purchased this one because my 15 year old laptop finally passed on and i needed a new one asap. i wanted to get something nice that would last me a while. this one was on sale and i got a great deal. now ive had this laptop for about 2 weeks and it’s already giving me issues. it’s laggy. today the speaker randomly stopped working??? yesterday it wouldn’t go past the startup screen until i restarted it 5 times. then said it was diagnosing and repairing issues on pc. what issues!?? you are a brand new laptop!! im sadly starting to get disappointed .

The laptop has good battery life and a good screen. The processor is a good design. Overall, with 16GB in today's price environment this laptop offers good value. On the downside, quality is not Apple level. It fails the one handed open test and the missing fingerprint sensor is a miss from Lenovo.

Everything has been getting better the more I use it\. The performance is smooth and handles all my tasks effortlessly\. The display is excellent, the sound quality is great, and the flexibility makes it easy to work comfortably wherever I want\. I would definitely recommend it for its excellent display, smooth performance, great sound, and overall experience\. Another thing I really like is the charger\. It’s not a bulky docking station or heavy power brick—it’s simply an adapter connected to the cable, which makes it very convenient to carry and move around\. Overall, I’m really happy with it and would highly recommend it\!
