I came from dell xps 9345 (x elite) laptop. I wanted to upgrade to x2 elite and get more RAM. What I liked 1. I am loving it's performance. It is snappy. I can even play some good titles with upscaling. 2. The OLED Display is much better than my last laptop. 3. My last laptop was already battery king. This is also holding up very well. Things i didn't like are 1. Speaker. This could have been better considering the price. I feel like my mobile speaker has better sound specially for low frequency 2. Although the screen is great, it's too glossy, even the reflection from light through my curtain makes it difficult to see what's on the screen. I have to increase brightness to maximum. You can see in one picture a hint of that glare (coming from a 9w basic light). 3. My wifi keeps getting "no internet" although all my other device does have internet. I found this issue only in my house wifi. So, I am not sure if this is issue with my router or this laptop. Tried to contact customer service (Geeksquad). The representative I got doesn't have any idea how a computer works (Just thinking about that interaction is making me angry). if I didn't like every other aspect of this laptop, I would return this by now.
