This is a good, basic low intensity workout. It lasts about a half-hour. It is moderate cardio with intervals of toning. The cardio is low impact, and easy to follow even if you've got knee injuries (like me). The toning is done with a stretchie band, and probably wouldn't be very effective done without it. Try to have a band if you're going to do the workout. I'd recommend this to any friend who had or was getting a stretchie band.
