I installed two of the Level locks in outside gates. Some lock mod's were done on the double cylinder deadbolt but no too bad, and now my yard guys can go in back using the keypads, no key needed. I have not activated the wifi mode yet and only loss of one star is because the lock will only accept one keypad. A double cylinder lock suggests that a keypad on both sides would be useful. Level said they would consider my suggestion.

This lock has several issues, starting with its poorly executed design. The app is also terrible, as evidenced by its low ratings in the App Store. Additionally, I’ve never been able to reliably connect to my Wi-Fi network. The auto-unlock feature is inconsistent, and I’ve had to manually unlock it every time. If you’re in the market for a new lock, I recommend August. It uses your existing hardware, which is a plus.

This is a very convenient product and works really well with multiple options to customize it. The Geofence is a cool option but it also can be a bit slow to respond once you enter the fence. I think the product is innovative and works very well.

The lock works well, especially when you don't want to switch the entire lock or have a custom design on your hardware. However, it did not work for me on HomeKit integration. There were many issues, but the lock from the native app works perfectly.

Lock was easy to install and looks clean. App is easy to use.

Easy setup, had to get a new Solange lock to work with the level lock but worked overall.

I’ll never not have one of these again. The fact that you don’t have to have some ugly massive lock body mounted to the inside of your door makes all the difference. That’s of course if aesthetics matter to you. Even still, love this more than my previous August lock.

Easy to install. May need a wood chisel to ensure bolt and plate retrofit properly but not hard to adjust

This product is a waste of money if you don’t buy the whole set level bolt plus level lock- as the bolt itself is not compatible with a vast majority of locks. Which defeats the point of of this product being invisible and allowing you to use regular esthetic locks.
