This little device added the connectivity I needed to manage my lock remotely via WiFi when l’m way from home. Setup was quick and easy through the Level app. Its not very large and is probably the size of a half-dollar coin, so its also discreet. Great addition to your Level Lock. This also allowed me to connect it to Alexa to manage the lock by asking.

Works as intended. Has some connectivity issues but overall not bad. Doesnt integrate well with ring systems.

Easy set up. I like to lock and unlock remotely. I wish there was a hub that is universal! Hubs tend to be Pricey.

Purchased 6 months ago. Worked perfectly for the past 6 months and suddenly the connect went offline. I reached out to level for support. They wanted me to take and send them a video of myself pressing the reset button of the unit, they wanted me to download an app that lists all Bluetooth connections (to determine it wasn’t transmitting Bluetooth signal) and then send them photos of “atleast three pages of Bluetooth devices from the app” they had me download, showing that it wasn’t listed, and send them those steps with a copy of the receipt and a photo of the serial number. The last two documents needed are fine, but to have me jump thru hoops and make videos and download apps to prove it wasn’t working when they knew once they pulled up the serial number, that the unit was from their prior firmware which was defective and has since been updated in manufacturing was an insult. Once they knew it was a firmware problem based on the serial number that the end user can not update, having me jump thru hoops was a waste of my time and an insult. Bott Line : it was not working because of a Manufacturing defect, it needed replacement and they made the process tedious and insulting. And they had all the information they needed once they looked up the serial number. Whoever wrote these procedures for the company should be fired.

Works great with the level bolt lock. Allows me to unlock and lock my door from anywhere.
