A: Hi there. thank you for reaching out. These hearing aids are the same size. The biggest difference between the two devices is that the Lexie B1 hearing aids use replaceable batteries where the Lexie B2 hearing aids are rechargeable hearing aids.
Q: Do these work with android phones using bluetooth
A: The app works with bluetooth, but the hearing aid does not stream music or phone calls with bluetooth.
A: Hi there. you get a 60 day trial period when you purchase through Best Buy which allows you to return your hearing aids for a full refund within the first 60 days if you're not 100% satisfied with them. Please refer to the Best Buy return policy for further detail.
Q: I am not a device dependent. Do I have to carry a device to use this hearing aid?
A: Just to be clear, you use the smart phone to set up the HA and can change settings on the fly, but you do not need the iphone if you're not changing settings or mode. Volume settings can be done directly on the HA without use of the phone.
A: Great question! Our team of Lexie Experts are available 6 days a week to assist you with your hearing aids as needed. Once you've set up your Lexie B2 hearing aids you can save your settings as an environment so you can easily select that environment again. An example would be to adjust your settings to accommodate for a noisy restaurant and then save that as a preferred environment setting. You can save up to 6 of these programmed environments so you can easily jump around your saved settings for different environments.
A: Lexie/Bose work with an iPhone app, which includes a part where you can order wax guards and other parts. I assume there are apps for other types phones. The ear tips are smaller than my old hearing aids and the wire from the receiver holds its shape, so the ear tips nestle inside comfortably. I forget I’m wearing them, and I they don’t seem to gather wax in the wax guard very quickly. I think Bose re-thought hearing aids and mine are better than my old $5,500 pair. In that app, I can order 3 different lengths wires and tips for $50 each. They recommend replacing them annually.
