I was impressed with the power of the vent fan. When it's on high, it is somewhat loud. I'm sure that's why it works so well. I am happy with the performance of the heating/cooking function as well. I like how it looks in my kitchen and it matches my new range very well. I purchased it at about 1/2 price 'open box'. I did not know 'open box' could mean used. The interior was very dirty. It had pieces of food stuck to the bottom inside and a heavy film of grease all over the inside. It took a great deal of cleaning with a degreasing product to get it clean. For the price I paid, I can't be too upset with the work I had to do.

Sleek and clean, microwaves goes a little past the kitchen cabinets But I don’t mind. But looks great in my kitchen. Husband set up all by himself. After 7 months of use, it’s still working great. Softens ice cream that’s been in the freezer!

Great install instructions. Great performance. Very powerful. Cleans well. Bottom light is a dim yellow - but can be switched out with LED bulb. Pretty quiet and does not have an annoying notification beep. For those hard of hearing my want to check in it periodically. Looks great! Only thing is it does leave fingerprints on number pad. Wish that were made out of a different material- but really not a big deal.

It installs just like any other microwave. Looks and works great. Not overpriced. I would buy again.

Love love this microwave. So simple to use & also had a little cheat sheet when you open the door!! So easy to install as well, comes with everything you need. It’s the perfect size, my other microwave was way bigger & took up extra space for nothing, this one is the perfect size. So happy I purchased this!!

I love my LG microwave. I bought it from Best buy and I prefer to install it by myself. The instructions for the installation are not complicated just following the diagram on the paper and screw the microwave plate holder to the wall. Make sure you have another person to help when you install it. I like my brand new microwave it works great and bigger than my old one. I would recommend it.

great microwave. Easy to install and comes with everything you need, No hot spots. I also like the grey interior a lot. Easy to clean and no scorch marks like my old one had, so it still looks brand new!

This microwave is beautiful. Cooks a little hotter than I'm used to, but then dood is cooked/warmed a lot quicker. It's sleek and fits in perfectly with other appliances in my kitchen.

I have had it only for a short time but so far so good. Excellent ventilation for over the oven microwave heats the food evenly like most microwaves do and the heat sensor that it has to prevent the food from over cooking has worked really well . The black stainless steel microwave looks great in our kitchen . At this point I absolutely love it. that being said, give me a year and will see if my mind hasn’t changed.

This microwave is virtually the same one as the one that decided to quit, a couple numbers newer. I really liked the one I had, plus it was built in and I wanted the same one to replace it. This one was exactly right, slid in perfectly.

I purchased this microwave to replace a 7 year old GE that failed. The installation process was straight forward and simple, something that I could do on my own. You'll need another person to help you lift it into place though unless you're pretty strong. All of the hardware is included as well. The quality of this product is very good and the price was good value.

Love the clean lines of this microwave that go so nicely with the stainless steel look of the other appliances, and the ease of use it offers. It fits perfectly in the space left empty by the former microwave, and the installers were efficient and professional. Very satisfied with this purchase.
