I just moved into my new place and got this microwave. It looks and works great. The sensor cook feature makes heating food super easy, and the EasyClean interior really does wipe clean in seconds. Runs quietly, and doesn’t take up much space. Definitely a best buy at the right price.

I finally decided to replace my old and damaged microwave over the range oven which I was using as a cabinet. I had an over the counter microwave oven. I got rid of it and now I have extra counter space! I love my new LG over the range oven! So many features! And my range does no have a timer, so I use the micro's. In addition it is so easy to clean!

The "Auto" and sensor functions are nice to use after learning how to use (easy read). Sensor will not let it run empty, very cool. Boils a cup of water in 90 seconds, previous model took 2 minutes. Runs very quietly. Easy to clean inside and out, dark gray interior doesn't show splatters like normal white interiors. Fairly easy to mount but note that the top side template is off by 1/4" for wall side. It's exact with top cover but doesn't account for expansion of back plate.

I purchased this LG over-the-range microwave in January 2025, and it has quickly become one of the most-used and most-loved appliances in my kitchen. After using it for nearly a year, I can confidently say this LG microwave is not just a convenience but a real upgrade to my kitchen’s function and look.

Great quiet microwave. Love the black and stainless look. Works great. Love the sound that tells me when my food is heated up or cooked. This microwave is a replacement for a previous microwave. I have the total tech that replaces or fix any item for two years after purchase. All it took was one call and everything was taken care of. The old microwave was taken out and disposed of and the new one was installed. It only took a few minutes for the change. The installer showd me how to use the new microwave with all its features. Love this microwave.

This is our 6th LG appliance and all have been great. This microwave serves as our guest kitchen and functions without issue.

We are in love with this microwave! It’s so sleek and stunning, we literally spent the first few days just staring at it and saying, “Wow… what a beautiful microwave.” Lol. It was pretty easy to install ourselves, and it instantly upgraded our kitchen. The Sensor Cook is super handy, and while we haven’t tried EasyClean yet, we can’t wait. Now we’re seriously considering getting the matching oven. Highly recommend!

Easy install, works great! Much better than our old unit. Best Buy customer service representative was very helpful in making our decision.

sleek and great!!!! elegant and yet simple to use.

It's an ok product but the older models are actually better. Buttons are not touch sensitive. You have to apply a bit of pressure. Interior light is very dim. My biggest issue is the reflection on the panel. As you can see from the attached pic. In certain lighting you can't even make out what the buttons say.

I really like this microwave. It does everything very well and looks really nice! Unfortunately the interior light went out and is not serviceable. It’s a well known issue with this model and support will tell you to get lost. Everything else still works great, but the light not working is a deal breaker.

It's a BEAUTIFUL microwave! We love how it looks in our kitchen, it can be used as under cabinet as well as sitting on the counter. We love the ventilation feature since it's over our stove it helps vent while we're not even using the microwave. It's sleek and looks like it cost way more then it does. The songs it plays are so cute as well! The kids love helping us in the kitchen just to hear the songs it sings to us!

The only reason this microwave is not getting a 5 star rating is that the touch pad is not back lit and hard to read. Only the clock is lit up. Otherwise this is a fantastic Microwave.

Installation of item was no problem and all is fine with it's operation.

Love the microwave but the fingerprints pose a significant problem. I must wipe down the microwave 20 times a day!
