LG 5,000 btu AC unit

I bought the unit at the Sarasota store. I planned to use it at a vacation home in N. Carolina. I did not remove the unit from the box until we arrived at our NC home. Upon opening the box I discovered the unit had sustained shipping damage and was bent. I had called Best Buy and was never able to talk to real person. I was told told Best Buy’s return policy was 30 days. I called Best Buy on the 33rd day due to the weekend. Best Buy was not willing to assist me so I am stuck with a bent unit.

I resived my window air conditioner its a amazing product cools my whole living room down in matrer of minutes really enjoy it !! Recommend this to anyone whos looking for something to beat the heat this summer

Not as advertised

Bought 2 of these units 1 for myself and 1 for a family member. The units work well but I purchased these units because they are advertised on best buy and lgs website as with remote control. I specifially looked for that feature as the second unit for my family member remote control is preferred due to mobility issues and did not come to find out it did not come with remote after I spent the time installing it. Extremely disappointed in the false advertising on both best buy and @lg websites about this product. Have attached screen shot of best buys product description as stated on the site.

Cord came smashed in the box. Unable to use or return. Had to get a new power cord and install myself. Unit works well now. Just a lot of hassle.

Got the unit worked for a day then stopped blowing cold since will be returning maybe just bad unit but dont have the time to try again will get something else
