Went to the trouble of installing the a/c and it didn’t work. Out of the box, did not work. We ordered it in July. When it finally arrived 2 weeks later, it was snowing outside. We had to wait a few weeks before we could install it. We installed it 5 weeks later and it didn’t work. Best Buy says that’s not their problem because it’s past the return period, which was 15 days. I can’t control when you deliver it and I can’t control the snow. So we are out $850 for a hunk of junk that doesn’t work. We even had an electrician come out to ensure our wiring, outlet, etc was good, and of course it was. Best Buy says we’ll have to take it up with LG. LG wants to send a repairman. So we’ll end up with a refurbished unit that we paid BB top dollar for!!! HORRIBLE customer service! Terrible product!!! Steer clear unless you can install it immediately…and you don’t mind doing all that work for nothing when it’s defective.

We received and installed our AC in March, but had not turned it on until this weekend. It worked the 1st time it was turned on, then the 2nd time we tried the unit did not come on. There is an electrical issue with it. I'm very disappointed. and currently have no way to cool the house.

SCAM ALERT! Don't buy anything from Best Buy online. They are currently trying to scam me out of more than $800. I order and A/C unit, it never came, I called Best Buy, they said it was delivered and I said no it never came. Then I got an email that they cancelled the order and will refund the money. I went and purchased a different A/C unit. A couple weeks later the canclled A/C unit from Best Buy showed up at my house. The delivery person said I can deny the delivery which I did. After a week I noticed that we still have not received the credit from Best Buy I called them. They told me there is nothing they can do. I called the delivery service back and they were nice enough to email me confirmation of the delivery being denied. Best Buy sent me an email that says the will not refund my money and will not send a replacement and that I should contact local law enforcement.

Nothing said it needed a 240v line run. I looked twice and didnt find anything saying that it would not just plug in. Very mad. Delivery guys couldnt pick it up so i had to get it for them. Never again
