I love this washer especially it's ventless. It's good for a small family with small home. We installed it in our bathroom.

I love not having to move clothes after washing & put into a separate dryer! Saves me that step!! This machine does a pretty good job at cleaning and it's very convenient. Feels solid, well made. Still looks like new after 2 years (I do clean & dry the front seal right after getting clothes out, and keep the door open until it has completely cooled off). It is true that it does not fit a lot, but if you wash often that isn't much of an issue. I try to keep loads by similar weight, just tops, or just bottoms, or just bedding, or just towels... I feel it washes & dries more evenly. And yes, it does take 3-4 hours when I do heavier loads. But I do not see this as a negative. It's not like I sit in front of the machine waiting for it to be done. Just plan accordingly. Yes, some stuff does come out wrinkled, but not much more than with regular full size machines. To minimize wrinkles DO NOT STUFF the machine, small loads are better - leave enough space for clothes to move around. Also, change the default setting of Extra-High spin to a lower setting (except for towels). Clothes DO come out feeling quite hot yet kinda damp.. this is not a bad thing, it actually helps release wrinkles IF you get clothes out right after machine is done and you shake & hang/fold the clothes rather than letting them sit in a ball cooling off. You could hang them on your shower rod for a few mins. It'll all be completely dry in minutes! My biggest issues: #1 There is no independent dry cycle! #2 It does shake violently, even after much balancing, and regardless of having lighter loads. We figured out that holding down one of the top corners made it shake something like 50-75% less. Since it's placed under a countertop, we placed some shims in that corner which keep it tight. Problem solved Overall, pretty darn good & I definitely recommend it.

I love this washer/dryer hybrid. So far it has worked like a charm. We were forced into getting a ventless model due to our condo setup and this works perfectly each time. It does create some humidity so we found keeping the bathroom exhaust fan on keeps it lower. I put average value because it has very restrictive pre-set modes and the app almost makes you think you can customize it, which I think would have been nice. It does connect to WiFi to let you know when it's done. If you have a tiny space, like us, it looks great and works great.
