This LG WashTower is super convenient if you don’t mind drying cycles are a bit longer as a trade off for more enery efficient useage. The smaller capacity is more suitable for 1-2 person households due to its smaller capacity (there is a larger version that is available for larger households). I have an HOA that requires dryer vents to be cleaned annually, so just that alone will pay for this ventless WashTower over time. Some may complain that the clothes may come out slightly damp from th dryer. I generally have found when this occurs, they quickly dry as you fold them as if they had been steamed. In any case i find that it washes and dries well. The clothes come out clean and not staticy. It doesn’t take up much space freeing up space for other uses. The smart features are quite nice and work well through the LG ThinQ app (can control loads remotely, monitor washing/drying progress, download wash settings, etc.).

I've had this machine for over a year, and I love it! The unit seemed a little low to the ground, but I raised it a few inches with risers. I just wish LG made a pedestal for this specific unit. The size is perfect for my small laundry room/mini kitchen.

Its works well, for its small but semi tall footprint. The small drum specializes in small loads, making it simple when you're a small family. The dyer also works well. The clothes come out dry and dont smell like a element was used. The self diagnosis is a useful feature. The only complaint is the lacthing, it would work better if when the cycle was finished you could chose to have the door pre-unlocked

This wash tower was the only thing we could find to replace an older stacking set that was on the fritz after 14 years. It was so hard to find something this size that was also front loading. We were concerned that the size of the washer capacity would be too small for our family of 4. It hasn’t been an issue and it’s very nice a quiet! Highly recommend for small spaces.

I love this stacked unit! It was small enough to fit up a narrow stairway in my old house to give me a much needed laundry area. I can't say enough positive comments about the delivery team! 10 stars for both. What lovely young men who went above and beyond with this install. Thank you sincerely. Also, would like to give a shout out to sales for a wonderful experience (don't know if I'm allowed to give names here). I had a great experience and will return to get my kitchen appliances when it's time. Highly recommend!!

Less than six months with the machine and it started leaking and not drying. I do not mean slow to dry, I mean absolutely no drying at all. Called the Geek Squad and was told the manufacturer warranty was an option but I PAID for Geek Squad but it doesn’t kick in til a year AFTER purchase but it went into effect the date of purchase in august? Now LG customer service has me calling them for them to dispatch a local repair shop, have them come to my home, move the machine around, appear to fix it, get the machine to “warm up” during the dryer cycle. I use the machine one cycle successfully for it go back to leaking and no heating the very next cycle. Now I am back on the phone with LG for them to RESEND another dispatched handy man to attempt to fix this. Now I am furious to read other reviews similar to mine. Leaking and not drying, I NEED A REPLACEMENT!!! Before the leak ruins my floors and I get a lease violation.

The washer works great, but the dryer takes a long time to dry, which was mentioned in the product features. Unfortunately, the washer started leaking within 25 days. However, I'm pleased with Best Buy's customer service as they promptly arranged to replace the faulty machine.

Very good quality product and good for high-rise condo.

This LG unit is a single unit the dryer does not need to be vented out it has a hose that drains any moisture out through the washer drain. Absolutely amazing technology compact but gets the job done in our tiny home space. The unit does have a longer run cycle time than a full size washer and dryer combo, but even though it’s run time is longer the high efficiency of this unit uses less energy.

This is my second small LG stackable washer and ventless dryer. This set is very sleek and modern looking and works flawlessly. It's also very easy to use and very quiet. I needed a washer/dryer for a small space and this one is perfect. Since the dryer is ventless technology, no outside vent is needed. I am very happy with my purchase.

This LG WashTower is a solid compact option for smaller spaces. The 2.4 cu. ft. washer and 4.2 cu. ft. dryer handle modest loads efficiently. It’s quiet, energy-efficient, and the smart features are a nice bonus—though not always necessary. Steam and ventless heat pump technology work well, but drying can take longer than traditional units. Build quality feels premium. Great for apartments or laundry closets.

This combo unit is slender and small. It seems even smaller than the vintage GE stackable unit. No external vent exhaust needed. Perfect for building that was not designed for individual unit washer/dryer units. Quiet. Good purchase when on sale.

Very happy. Was a bit nervous because of the mixed reviews but one woman's review said don't overpack and salesman said load according to item dry time, meaning don't mix towels with yoga pants! We do small loads anyway but today I even washed a thin comforter (by itself) and find no big difference in drying times. LOVE how quiet this is. With the space I was working with, I had almost no choices. I knew the heat pump technology was good as both my heat/AC, water heater is the same, saves energy and ventless. Very happy!

Great product, it works super well and looks sleek. My only real issue is the spin cycle is so powerful it causes my upstairs apartment to shake a little but it’s only at the very beginning.

I already own this machine, but in the larger size, for a guest house I own. It's efficient, runs quietly, and has a chime for when a cycle is done that is loud enough to be heard but not so loud that it's annoying. Despite its small size, it holds a lot. The wash cycle is longer than other machines I've used but it's not terrible.

Compact, quiet, efficient (heat pump cheaper than gas drying), ventless, get status notifications on phone. Drying times a bit longer but seems to be gentler (less lint) than old maytag (gas) dryer. The smaller size makes it easy to wash as needed and sort types of laundry rather than wait until you have a full load for efficiency. (Review after 1 month of usage). I had to spend $160 to get a 220V outlet moved to service the dryer.

Washer and dryer are rather quiet, small and clean the clothes well. I was a medium load comfortably.
