Top Notch Unit for sure. PROS - Stainless steel is PERFECT with no ripples or waves. The protective sheeting on steel takes time to remove as does all the other packaging - TAKE YOUR TIME! Paint is thick with no dripping and the grey is on darker side which makes the fridge more classy looking. Door gaskets are spot on(No Leaks). We absolutely love the instaView Door-in-Door. It's like having a fridge in a fridge The Unit runs Very Quiet. CONS - None to speak of but I will say that these new high efficiency refrigerators dont blow cold air with the doors open, thus they dont sweat. If you need rapid cooling, I recommend you getting the model with the sabbath mode $$$ for the compressor boost. This model it less expensive with (no in door water and ice $$$) and works well to suit are needs. We did not hook up the ice machine thus more freezer space, so I have no input for you on that. We use trays. All in All this fridge ROCKS!

My husband and I wanted a counter depth refrigerator and this one did not disappoint! We were skeptical initially because of the loss of space but this refrigerator is plenty spacious for us, especially for a counter depth refrigerator! It has multiple cold setting to choose from. We appreciate its sleek and modern design. The instaview door is also an appealing feature.

Very happy with this item! After initially purchasing a different model which was damaged during delivery, and this one happened to be available as a replacement. Love the door in door feature The only complaint I have is that the freezer drawer doesn’t pull out enough

We have only had the refrigerator for a week but are very happy with it so far! We love the InstaView door and the fact that this is counter-depth and we gained about 4 inches back into our kitchen. We did lose some space than our previous refrigerator; the drawers are a bit more shallow than I would like but it prevents items from being 'lost.'

First time owner of an LG Refrigerator. Plenty of refrigerator space that is brightly lit with LED bulbs. No worry now, food can be arranged and organized in drawers, shelving and door bens. Freezer allotment is perfect for small amounts of vegetables and meats. If doors are not closed completely or left open too long , an alarm will sound to alert you to secure the doors. Finger print proof is a big plus too.

I've had this item for about a month now and love it. Especially the outer glass door where we store all our liquids. It's easily accessible and convenient without having to open the main doors just to grab a drink. We had the refrigerator delivered and installed (which I highly recommend) that took no time at all and they loaded our old one away for us. I purchased using my Best Buy card with the 24mo. no interest.

So far so good. Great size, Quiet, and you can see everything inside so well.

LG is a good brand for appliances. Good looking refrigerator perfect fit for the kitchen like the led lights french doors and the glass window door very quiet and modern

Best Buy and their delivery team was great from beginning to end. I will highly recommend Best Buy and this amazing LG 22.6 cu refrigerator. Great Buy!

Wow only had for 1 year and 6 months and the main board fried ! Let alone manufactures won’t accept out of warranty due poor grounding. Honestly a refrigerator should last 4-6 years at least . Not this year and half plus Bestbuy won’t help me out on a replacement or a discount.

This is a great counter depth size fridge, plenty of room for 2 people, but a little tight on space if you have two hungry kids! We are very happy with it, the function of the water and ice is great, a second ice bucket is held in the freezer section. It’s WiFi not sure the real value there, but I connected it anyway. It has a great feature around the drinks and see through section on the right. The door only opens to a small section, allowing access to alcohol, milk and other drinks, without having to open the whole fridge door. The sales pitch is that this is efficient and keeps the majority of the fridge cold, Double tap the fridge on the window, and you can see in, it lights up the inside without opening the fridge. A little bit of a gimmick, but not terrible! Overall a great fridge, great delivery service and installation from BestBuy, happy customer.....

Extremely practical, spacious, and functional fridge! The kids love the knocking feature to see what’s inside without having to open the fridge, and we love the saved costs on not having the fridge opened incessantly! The doors do tend to ‘slam’ shut with heavier items on the panel, and I wish there was a bit more flexibility with shelf height. But overall, it’s great!

Love this refrigerator, the extra door access without opening the whole refrigerator is very convenient and helps keep the temperarure constant for refrigerated foods on the shelves. The counter depth is perfect for my more narrow kitchen and no prints exterior is great. Very happy with my purchase.

At the time of this writing ( 10/22/2021), I've had this refrigerator for almost 2 months and am satisfied with my purchase. Keep in mind, its been under 2 months so I can't speak to its longevity. The fridge is counter depth, which makes it nice and flush with our counter but you're giving up some space. If you're giving up space, you're giving up some storage space . Things that are great: - the instaview door is perfect for commonly used drinks Things it Could Improve: - the interior could use a little more thought for things like: eggs and butter. There isn't a good place to put those items even if you move the shelves around - the shelves could use a couple more holes to adjust the height The freezer section is fine and the ice maker is fairly quiet. You'll hear ice cubes drop but its not distracting. All in all its a good fridge that could use a couple more storage options.

Beautiful refrigerator, love the door-in-door feature., it's really pretty quiet except when making ice. Even like the shape of the ice cubes as they seem to not melt as fast. Hope everything continue to work well for years to come, I will be very happy. Do note the temperature maybe off by 3-7 degrees and the in-door temp is nearly 5-10 degrees higher than main frig section. I couldnt be happier with the delivery/installation team. Also love Best Buy. Customer service 5*, sales staff honest and helpful. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Purchased this refrigerator for a new, small condo. My most important considerations were having a bottom freezer and quiet operation. So far it has proven mostly quiet. There are quite a few somewhat loud, disquieting pops and cracks that I assume happen when the defrosting cycle runs. I hope that will improve over time. French doors - not as convenient as expected since often I have to open both doors anyway. Would be easier to just have a single door to open. Although the deli drawer is nice it does require you to open both doors every time you want to access the contents. Instaview - this is a feature I really didn't want but have found to be one of my favorites. If you use the space wisely it really does limit the number of times you have to open the doors. It also allows you to see into the interior. The only change I would recommend is the top shelf on that door - it's too short so it really limits what you can store there. Freezer - it's not as convenient as expected but since it make the refrigerator portion much easier to use it's a good compromise. Drawers - another reason I chose LG was that the drawers open smoothly without the plasticky scratching other models offered. It's a small feature but, to me, it makes the refrigerator feel a step above others at a similar price point. Overall, I'd recommend if you're looking for a quiet refrigerator with useful features.

This was my one splurge for our new house. I love the peekaboo window. We have drinks that we go into the fridge for often. It’s perfect! I was worried that the counter depth would be too small but we haven’t even filled this thing up yet. The ice maker is awesome. No complaints. I’m super happy with it! And my friends are still impressed with the knock knock feature. Lol

Pretty good like the light on my door when you don’t want to turn on kitchen lights just a knock and it’s on.

I love the front door, great place for essentials for morning smoothies, drinks, and condiments. Refrigerator is quiet and looks nice in the kitchen. Great purchase assuming you don't want filtered water dispenser. We have a water system so we intentionally looked for a unit without a dispenser
