Q: Are the controls visible when the dishwasher door is closed?
A: Hi jsc777. Top control dishwashers have the controls on the top of the door, not visible from the front when the door is closed so the controls for the LG 24" Top Control Built-In Smart WiFi-Enabled Dishwasher with Steam, 3rd Rack and Stainless Steel Tub - PrintProof™ Stainless Steel, Model # LDP7808SS will not be visible when the door is closed...^IFV
A: Model LDT7808SS does not list a towel bar in the specifications. Are you referring to the Door Handle? https://www.lg.com/us/support/products/documents/LDT7808-Spec-Sheet.pdf. Please see the product page for more information, https://www.lg.com/us/dishwashers/lg-LDT7808SS-top-control-dishwasher. ^Daphane
Q: Is there lights on the front for indication of operation
A: Yes. They are easy enough to see but not so bright or large that they’re obnoxious. They’re a light green color. When they dishwasher cycle is complete, the center light stays light green and the top panel reads, “End” until the door is opened for a period of time (assuming someone opened it and emptied it). There are no lights illuminated when it is not running.
Q: What are the smart phone apps that are compatible with this dish washer
A: LG ThinQ is the app we use. I like to receive a notification when the dishwasher cycle is complete so it’s simple to use LG’s app for that.
A: Yes. It has adjustable legs in front with two different methods of adjustment, plus a single screw under the front that adjusts the back legs once you have it slid into place so you can level it after it is under the counter.
A: It’s permanent. It bugs me, but after having another unit for six months and sitting on the edge of my seat to get rid off it, because I’m so used to having a really great unit that actually gets everything clean the first time, I’m getting used to it. Friends say they “hardly notice it” or “wouldn’t have paid any attention to it if [I] hadn’t pointed it out. It’s totally worth it!
