After researching many different dishwashers, I finally went into the store and this clearly stood out from the others in the price range. The height-adjustable top & middle racks allow you to accommodate any size cup, bowl, or dish. The top rack is great for all your flatware and cooking utensils; the organizers assure everything will come out perfectly cleaned. I was already happy with my choice, but once it was delivered and installed, it only continued to exceed my expectations. First impressions: It's so quiet! I had to check if it was even on when it started a cycle. It works exceptionally well at drying; everything comes out bone dry! I was wary of it not having a heating element, but I was blown away by how dry everything was when compared to our last one that had a heating element. It cleans exceptionally well; everything comes out spotless! The steam function really lives up to the hype. Other perks: I really like the wi-fi connectivity and the alerts you get through the LG app when a cycle completes. Overall ease of use and the cycle options on the control panel are great. The look and feel are top-notch. It feels well built and the finish on the stainless steel really does limit fingerprints. I would highly recommend this dishwasher and I'm looking forward to many great years of service from it.

This dishwasher is amazing. It's sleek looking, quiet, and does an excellent job. Controls are easy to operate. WiFi capability and the LG app add a nice touch for monitoring the wash cycle status. We have owned Miele and Frigidaire in the past. We intended to purchase either a Miele or a Bosch - they were out of stock nearly everywhere. So after much research we opted for LG. We are very pleased with our choice. As some reviews highlight, like other energy conscious dishwashers, drying could be better - we are finding that "night dry" helps in this area. As for Best Buy...their salesperson was outstanding! Despite many stores not having inventory, we were able to get the dishwasher in less than a week. Installation was painless. The third-party installers were very professional. In and out within an hour. Overall...a very pleasant experience.

Good cleaning machine. Most cycles are 3 hours. Doesn’t dry all the cup tops. Very quiet. One rack roller wheel fell out. We put it back in and all is good now. Bottom right of the insulation was hanging out suddenly. We put it back in place and all is ok now. Third rack is something that is great. Didn’t know I needed it until I had it. Holds lots of dishes and middle rack is adjustable. Replaced a 1988 whirlpool that still worked ok. My dishes are definitely much cleaner. It also has led light inside which is a nice feature.

A little disappointed with the color, it's more grey than black. Handle is nice to hold a dishtowel, but my dishwasher is in the corner and it impinges a drawer from opening unless the dishwasher door is open. Love the internal light, but it goes off quickly. Removed the top drawer to gain space for tall cups. Installer did not tell me if the installation kit was used and did not do anything with the wifi connection. Otherwise, it's quiet and does a good job cleaning my items.

So many nice things to say about this dishwasher. Super quiet and easy to use. Connects the the LG app so that you are alerted when the wash is complete or even if you need to clean/add drying agent. Lots of room inside and love that the racks are adjustable.

Can you tell I like this Dishwasher ? LOL First off - SOUND They say this dishwasher is 42db if installed correctly with the sound proofing they provide its WAY quieter .. I had a GE that was also expensive for the time and I literally could not have a conversation next to it .. This LG , You seriously will open it thinking its not running. Ok - CLEANING With the ability to change rack heights and positions makes it very versatile. That third top rack with the adjustable left side is wonderful and very well thought out. if you are putting dishes in without over crowding it cleans fantastic ! The App (IOS Version for me) although not very much you can do with it but I love it because it tells me time left, If it needs Dishwasher Drying Liquid, tells me when its done and when It needs cleaning. Useful information! I have LG's $1.500 Front load washer connected to the App and they two work well with the App. I was a little concerned because I saw people saying dishes were not dry ??? Too be fair no dishwasher as soon as it is done will give you Totally dry dishes but I have unloaded this an hour after it finished and maybe a little condensation on the door that's it the dishes were dry. Now this does have an extra drying button that will add like 30 min or so to the cycle but I have yet to need it . A nice feature to it is if you run this say at night before bed and plan on emptying it in the morning it has a night time feature where periodically after it finishes runs an exhaust fan to vacate the heat and moisture until you open it in the morning ( works very well). It also has an interior Led light that my old one never had and now i will NEVER be able to live without ! Overall for $900 and some change this model is a Great Dishwasher and BestBuy service was quick on the delivery so Yes for the money this dishwasher is well worth it ! In the pictures I did not pull all three racks out fully I just showed the the 3 to give you an Idea .

Have already had to replace a broken wheel on bottom rack . In addition noticed a small piece of vinyl covering on the bottom rack has come off and notice rack is rusting underneath . This is very disappointing. Company replaced but this should not be happening already IMO. I am happy with cycles, cleaning , third rack, lighted interior but hope I don’t continue with these issues ,

This is a beautiful quiet machine. It has many options although I usually say normal, start. I love the interior light. The trays slide easily. There are two areas for silverware. I did have total tech install…it is a bit tilted…I did not understand the installers reasoning for it. He will come again with the microwave….will ask him to fix it. I am amazed how silent it runs!

A necessary tool in today's modern home. A help for the housewife in the midst of so many occupations and obligations. Works seamlessly, everything you need to keep your dishes sparkling clean without wasting time. Well-placed controls with must-have functions, beautifully finished to complement a well-designed kitchen.

It gets the dishes clean and you can tell there's a lot of thought going into the organization of the inside. However, one of the wheels on the bottom drying rack has fallen off and I'm finding it impossible to find a replacement. This is very annoying! Also on the very top silverware rack a few of the prongs that you put your silverware through have broken off. I have only owned this dishwasher for a few months!

We replaced our Kenmore Elite for this LG. I love how quiet it is but sad it doesn’t have enough water sprayers. I Also feel the water pressure From the sprayers are not strong enough. I don’t like how the top rack pin holders are slanted...why? I do like the extra rack for utensils at the top but I don’t think utensils get cleaned enough. I absolutely do not like the huge gap for holding dishes in the center of the bottom rack. I feel I need another strip of holders. Can I order another strip of holders?

Absolutely love this dishwasher. It’s extremely quiet, and does a fantastic job cleaning. We’ve had it a number of years now and still works well

This dishwasher is awesome! It does a great job even with the messiest dishes after a huge family gathering. It also has a great feature that allows you to lower the top rack so you can fit larger objects in the top.

Awesome dishwasher. Can clean your dishes no matter how dirty. It has several different washing options including steam. It’s really a great dishwasher.

Cleans exceptional well. Will need to experiment with different liquid dishwashing soaps as well as rinse aids to see what is best for you. Many reviews complain the dishwasher is too complicated. NO!!! Read the manual this dishwasher is legit! You absolutely will need an air gap. You can install the air gap under the sink with an additional 180 degrees tube (see pictures) coming from the top of the air gap back through the garbage disposal drain using an elbow. I did not want an unsightly air gap on top of my new sink

Installled Nov 2022. We really like the dishwasher, it does everything well. Except: The lower sprayer plastic nozzle came off every night. I finally got around to contacting LG warranty and it has been a nightmare, calls, more calls, no response to on-line warranty services, they say they scheduled the appointment but haven't (TWICE). On and on. I have about 4 hours into contacting them. I found the replacement part on the net and ordered it, I will install it myself. Ugh! Also, when I ran it without the sprayer part, the unit went into AE err mode which is almost impossible to reset, poor software design. Again, other than a faulty product and zero warranty help, we love the dishwasher.
