Q: What does the ICE plus mean on my LG French door in Door refrigerator Black Stainlsteel
A: It will take about 2 hours to produce the next bunch of ice cubes. With an “Ice Plus” feature it speeds up the freezing process and allows it to produce ice cubes about 2 times faster by directing cold air longer to the ice maker.
Q: Does this model have dual ice makers; one in frig door and additional in freezer?
A: Yes it does lol. Surprised me I thought the freezer ice tray was in case I wanted to store extra ice for larger get togethers. That wasn't the case. I couldn't figure out how the ice was getting into the freezer till I turned the top one off and was still hearing ice being dumped. Took a bit for me to catch on. But I found the icemaker

A: No it does not, I actually brought this refrigerator based on the reply from the LG representative. So Unknowledgeable! If you want the craft round ice this refrigerator does not offer it!

A: The LG 26 Cu. Ft. French InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Refrigerator - Black stainless Steel, Model # LFXS26596D has a depth of 27 3/4" without the door. The door will have to be removed to move the refrigerator sideways through your 29"door opening...^IFV
Q: Does the ice and water still function when the door on the right is open??
A: No when right side door is open water/ice function does not work..
A: Yes. There is a on/off switch right on the bottom ice maker when you pull out the freezer door.
