Q: Does this oven have a high-temp self cleaning setting as well as the steam cleaning?
A: The LG 30" 4.7 cu. ft. Smart Single Wall Oven with Convection, Air Fry and EasyClean®, Model # WSEP4723F, does not have a steam cleaning cycle. I has an EasyClean® cycle that takes advantage of LG’s new EasyClean® enamel to help lift soils without harsh chemicals, and it runs using ONLY WATER for just 10 minutes in low temperatures to help loosen LIGHT soils before hand cleaning. It also has a Self Clean cycle that uses extremely hot temperatures to clean the oven cavity designed to remove HEAVY, built up soils. The intensity and high heat of the Self Clean cycle may result in smoke which will require the opening up of windows to provide ventilation...^Ivan.
Q: Can the ThinQ wifi be turned off? Thankyou
A: I researched it online and found there is a way but you have to get inside and physically adjust the electronics, so we decided not to do it in case it would void the warranty. It was messing with our wifi, especially me for work, so I went to a wired connection to the router for my work computer.

Very happy with this purchase
As of this point we have had nothing but great experiences with this oven. It was easy to install and fairly easy to program. Connecting it to the wifi was also easy and getting it to be recognized by the thinq app was a breeze. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. I also felt that the delivery process was extremely easy as the two gentleman that delivered it for me even took away part of the box as they wanted to check it for any damage as the exterior of the box did have a little damage. They were generous enough to ensure no issues and take the part they removed so I didn't have to worry about it.

Disappointing durability
I purchased an LG oven a little over a year ago, expecting it to be a reliable addition to my kitchen. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. After just one year of moderate use, the oven stopped working. I had hoped for better durability from a brand like LG, but this appliance failed to meet expectations. For the price and reputation, I expected something that would last much longer. While it worked, the oven performed well with even heating and useful features, but it’s hard to recommend a product that breaks down so soon. The limited warranty only covers one year, and the repair costs are expensive. Sadly, I can’t recommend this oven based on my experience.
