Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently purchased the LG refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment it was installed, it added a sleek, modern touch to my kitchen. The stainless steel finish is fingerprint-resistant, which keeps it looking clean with minimal effort. The interior is incredibly spacious and well-organized, with adjustable shelves that make it easy to store large items. I especially love the door-in-door feature—it’s convenient for grabbing frequently used items without letting cold air escape. It runs quietly and efficiently, keeping everything perfectly chilled and fresh. The ice and water dispenser works flawlessly, and the smart features (like Wi-Fi connectivity and app control) are a nice bonus for monitoring and adjusting settings on the go. Overall, this LG refrigerator combines style, functionality, and innovation. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality appliance!

Sure! Here’s a polished review you can use for Best Buy: --- I recently purchased the LG 27.7 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern in my kitchen. It’s incredibly spacious — perfect for a family — and the organization inside makes everything easy to access. The external ice and water dispenser is super convenient, and I love the smart features that let me monitor and control the fridge from my phone. It runs quietly and keeps everything at the perfect temperature. Delivery and setup from Best Buy were smooth and professional. Overall, a fantastic purchase and a great experience! I can't wait to host for the holidays!

After years of a nice whirlpool side by side, we upgraded to this beauty. The extra space is a total game changer. The sheer beauty of it puts a smile on my face every time I walk past it. The adjustable shelves fit anything i need to fit. Plenty of side door shelves to hold condiments and such. The freezer? Omgosh. So much better than the side by side. The sliding shelf inside is great for meal prepped items. We are OTR truck drivers so being able to monitor the temp through the app while we are gone is a wonderful feature. Our only down side is the ice holder in the door is a bit smaller than we are used to, but resolved easily by dumping into included extra ice drawer below and kicking Ice Plus feature on to speed production in case you need it. All around, I am so pleased with everything about this unit. Delivery and set up was flawless through Geek Squad even though our doors were a bit tight.

I love the spaciousness of this refrigerator. This is the second one that I have had delivered. The first one, I had issues with the icemaker in water., But loved the refrigerator. This one the icemaker and water system are fine. Best Buy is great because they stand behind their products and their customers they got it right. Everything is good now I highly recommend being part of the geek system.

This refrigerator has completely upgraded my kitchen! The French door design is not only elegant but also offers easy access to everything inside. The ice and water dispenser on the outside is a game-changer. It’s spacious enough to hold everything I need, and the PrintProof technology keeps it looking clean and fingerprint-free, which is a huge bonus!

I have been enjoying this fridge for two years now. I love this fridge in almost every way, Only issue is that the ice will not dispense on occasion. Cubes accumulate and stick together if I do not dispense ice regularly. So i have to open the ice door and hard-tap on the cubes which have stuck together. I have the temperature settings as low as they will go and still the cubes are sticking together. Cubes appear to be partially melting and refreezing, sticking together and not falling out the chute..

This refrigerator was a great purchase. It has easy use of the ice and water dispensers on the front. The top refrigerator makes it very easy to view contents and clean. The bottom freezer has a ton of space. The stainless steel design is very clean and easy to maintain. We are very happy with this purchase.

I love this fridge. Its Just The right size For our kitchen. Hold items nicely and like that i can see what i have Best ice cubes and the freezer has lots of storage

Great product. Quiet spacious and the open door alarm is loud enough to here through the house but not annoying

Is an excellent Fridge love it so much , look great in the kitchen.

I was Leary of the size of the ice maker before buying but for 2 of us it never runs out. We had a bigger size before but the way this is laid out we actually feel that we have about the same amount of space. The ice and water dispenser works better than my 10 year old Samsung ever did. We are very satisfied with our purchase. We paid for the delivery, install , removal and relocate of the old Fridge and the delivery guys did a very good job. I did buy the 5 year Geek Squad warranty with it. The freezer part is nice and spacious as well

There’s ample storage space both in the refrigerator and freezer areas. I find the exterior looks very sleek and classy. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Love this fridge. It’s spacious and quiet. The only reason i have it a 4 star is we were told it had a dual ice maker and it does not. You have to manually dump the upper ice into the basket in the bottom drawer. If is handy to be able to store extra ice.

I absolutely love my refrigerator.. It’s so roomy and easy to locate items quickly. To my surprise it’s an easy clean inside and out. No finger marks on exterior and a bright and airy interior. I can fit everything in that I need for holiday parties without a problem and it never seems to overcrowded. Awesome appliance to have for a party. The ice maker is my favorite . It takes up a hidden space behind the freezer door and is very productive. It transfers the ice down through the door into the ice compartment that is built in. We always have ice at the door and it never runs out. No more buying ice to fill coolers. I have had many compliments on this stylish frig.

Great refrigerator and love that you can open and or close either side of fridge without having to open both doors. Plenty of space both in the fridge and freezer

I love it, it has space, it's quiet and above all at a good price.

This fridge/freezer has met all expectations. The black stainless finish is easy to clean and fingerprint resistant. The exterior footprint is the same as my previous fridge if this same configuration, but thanks to some design changes related to shelving, it feels roomier.

Pick out the Dutch-Door Refrigerator at Best Buy and loved the look and convenience. We've had it about a month and am mostly happy with the purchase. Occasionally though when trying to receive ice from the dispenser in the door, there's no response feom the ice maker. No noise from the ice maker or dispenser. Adter cycling between the crushed and cubed ice buttons the dispenser will eventually work.

This is a huge upgrade to my previous LG refrigerator. It has a tremendous amount of space and has an amazing Ice Plus feature to expedite ice when needed.

Bought this fridge about a year ago for our new house and has been amazing so far. Came from an old crappy apartment fridge, so this is very much an upgrade. Has plenty of storage for everything, and love the all in one ice/water dispenser.
