I accidentally bought this ventless dryer. I found out it’s ventless when they delivered. Instead of returning it,I decided to try for two weeks as delivery person recommended. So far I like this dryer much more than I thought. One big concern is hot air coming out from front, which make our room hot.0 Right now I’m debating if I should keep this or not. Other than that, this is very good product.

Like the washer this unit is smaller but mighty. Very user friendly and efficient.

Love dryer. It is ventless so we are using the drain hose instead of the reservoir. Is working well. It does take awhile to dry but does a good job. I had this stacked on top of the washer. Fits nicely in my small space.

After 7 years of a badly installed, over-prices Bosch, it is Nirvana to own a quiet unvibrating machine taht actually gets my clothes dry AND unwrinkled.

This is an excellent unit but do keep in mind it takes a little longer to dry because it’s electric

This was an Open Box ReSale. I took extended Warranty which was 'USELESS'. If you buy Brand New, this is a good model. Only stating since friends purchased complete set 'brand new'. The Geek Service I received due to over heating on sides that can burn your hands was a waste of time. No Diagnosis was done and claiming the indentation at top on right side was causing overheating. You can burn your hands on this LG OpeBox. This Open Box LG Dryer dlc888W should of NEVER BEEN RESOLD. Buy the complete set NEW ONLY as 2-renters and new owners LOVE this LG SET. I went to American Frieght and purchased the KENMORE Ventless and very happy again.

Compact dryer that fits into a small space. It is ventless which is convenient for areas that are not easily vented to the outside. It has been my experience that this dryer takes a long time (about 2 hours for a full load) to dry clothes.

It is a small appliance so it fits perfectly in the space we had made for it. However, it still fits a lot of clothe to dry. Very quiet for the most time. The time to dry are a bit longer than other dryers, but you can choose different settings to reduce the time.

it is ventles small size. it does not need avent in the wall or a bucket to collect water. the dryer fits on the top of the washer not taking a lot of space. it has a sensor which defines drying time. it takes longer time to dry to compare to big dryer, but drying good i used it only 3 times, so far

Overall, I really like this dryer. It can easily hold a full load of towels, or bedding, or even 2 standard pillows with ease. Settings are easy to understand and set, and I like that you can set finish alarm volume so that it doesn't disturb you if you do it late at nite. And having it be ventless is a very great space-saver, too - no more ducting taking up space! The things I don't quite like about it are that the dehumidified hot air is still dumped into your house (I know it has to go somewhere, but I somehow didn't think about it until my first load). Also a minor inconvenience is that when stacked on its matching washer, the controls are a little high, but still reachable for me at least.

I've only had this machine a week but I had to catch up on 1.5 months of laundry so it's been busy. I love this thing. It is SOOO quiet, and doesn't shake. It's worth hooking up the condensate line instead of emptying the container all the time. The installers did the hose hook-up as part of the install, along with matching the power cord to my old outlet style. I read a lot of complaints about condenser dryers not getting things dry enough or taking too long, but I just don't see it. It gets even thick towels dry, and doesn't take any longer than my old hot-air blower did. Your clothes don't come out scorching hot, and for some reason that puts some people off, I guess. I'm finding that the lower temps reduce wrinkling. I bought this because my house is old and modern vented dryers simple won't fit in the space our old vented dryer did. It is a little smaller, for sure, but I'm not finding that to be a problem. It will hold a standard load from our washing machine, and that's all I expect. I live in Alaska, and keeping the warm air inside the house instead of blowing it outside is a huge plus.

This dryer is ventless and we are very accustomed to ventless with our old Bosch. This LG ventless dryer has a much larger capacity, gets the clothes as dry if not dryer, and has two options for draining the water: internal hose or external removal of the water. I appreciate both. However, if you want the internal hose the installation people must do it for you and open the machine. We opted for using the external disposal of water and don't mind doing it. It has to be emptied very load as a lot of water does come out of the clothes when drying. It works very quietly and has a very pleasant song when it is finished. So far we love it and it doesn't vent much heat. We have three people in our home and do at least two loads every day. I am looking forward to trying the preprogrammed settings for this dryer with my smart phone.

We purchased this dryer for our condominium. We needed something compact to fit in our available space. We were surprised when we learned that it was a ventless unit. At first we were concerned about this, but subsequently learned that most compact dryers are designed this way. In short it does a great job of drying all types of laundry. It's simple to use and operates quietly. It is also attractive and the digital controls intuitive.

Bought this for a second home. The size is great - not too big, not too small. I think this dryer works alright. It is ventless and they inherently take a little longer to dry your clothes. Did not make the room significantly hotter, even in the summer time.

I got the this dryer and its matching washer for my daughter's apartment...which is in an OLD converted factory. There is NO dryer exhaust hook up in the apartment. So, this dryer was the answer. It has NO dryer exhaust which is what we needed. It works great but takes longer to dry than a traditional dryer due to the nature of its design with no exhaust vent. The water collects in a reservoir. Easy to empty...slides out like a drawer, dump in the closest sink, slide it back in. I think you'll get about 3 loads before having to empty it.

Very efficient! Quiet when running spins well and gets the clothes clean ! The size is great ! I love it so far !

The washer and dryer were the perfect size for my small condo. They run very quiet which is a plus. The spin cycle on the washer does a great job of extracting the water from the clothes/towels which in turn helps them dry quickly. However, during the spin cycle, there is some vibration of the front lower body panel. The preset cycles work great and it is also easy to customize if you prefer. The child lock is great when my grandchildren come to visit. I must also commend Travis & Mike who delivered and installed the washer/dryer in a very tight space. They were very professional, prompt, and polite. Travis did a good job of teaching me how to operate the units so I didn't have to study the instruction manual for an hour.

Works great. Love that it's ventless. It is perfect for my small space. I purchased the washer also. Yes, its more expensive, but I love that they stack and are extremely efficient.

this is a great compact dryer, not needing to vent it saved even more space. The compact washer and dryer combo is the smallest i could find that was not a stackable set up, and it was significantly cheaper than the other options. It looks nice and is easy to use

Is an expensive buy. Works great very nice, yes, it does takes a little bit more time than a normal dryer, but did the job! I needed a ventless dryer, there are not many options for ventless dryers.
