This is the first time ever that I've purchased an LG washer. Last year I purchased an LG Dryer & love it! So, figured I'd go for the washer now. Soooo glad I did. Absolutely love it. It's so efficient, quick, thorough, and easy to operate. I get done my laundry in no time at all. Very happy customer!!

This washer is very quiet. But sometimes it will overfill water, sometimes just fill a little water, and you are not able to adjust the water level.

We love the new washer! Buying it was quick and effecient. The website to pay off the washer could use a little work it was hard to make an account which is weird since it's best buy. But the buying process was super easy and the delivery time was very reasonable. We love how much space it has and all the features it has and it was in our price range. We will be buying more of our future appliances from best buy.

My older washer broke and I was looking for a top loader that was medium priced but had good reviews and the features I was looking for with regard to temperatures, load size, etc. Have been SO pleased with my choice. Washes clothes way better than my daughter's fancy machine that cost twice as much!

Leaves clothes extremely wrinkled no matter the setting or fabric. Even 100% Polyster clothing gets wrinkled. Do not recommend unless you really like to iron clothes.
I’m happy to get this washer after the one I had gave out. This is a very nice washing machine for me and my new home. I can’t wait to get the dryer to match the washing machine.

Wouldn't you know, just as I get the washing machine paid off, the lid cracks and breaks. Very disappointed in the quality of this washing machine. The lid costs anywhere from $175 - to $250 and that's not including a fee to service it. I am very hesitant to ever purchase another LG unit.

Easy to use. I like that it has a dispenser for fabric softener in addition to detergent and also bleach. Very large drum, and runs quiet. I did have a large load that became unbalanced and I needed to help it along to re balance, but otherwise I have been happy with it. The run cycle is on the longer side.

After having my first LG for almost 10 years it was time for a new one and i chose LG again due to their reliability. I did purchase a open box one at a great discount and honestly it looks and performs excellent and is so easy to use and has many wash options and can fit some really large loads including bedding.

We purchased this washer two years ago, and it has been an absolute workhorse. One of our children has special needs and is incontinent, and we wash lots of laundry that is highly soiled several times per day. We use two capfuls of a color guard bleach product, a disinfectant product, and some heavy-duty odor-eliminating detergent, and when you put all those together in this washer, everything comes out smelling like roses. I have never had any trouble with the washer breaking down in spite of the sheer volume of laundry we do. It has never ripped or destroyed any clothes. There is no mold or mildew that has ever grown inside it. It is simply the best washing machine I've ever owned. Reliable. Effective. I'm grateful to LG for creating such a wonderful product. I was reflecting today on what a blessing this machine has been, and I actually came on Best Buy's website for the sole purpose of sharing this review so that other families can find a helpful washer for their needs.

great machine, very quiet, fits perfectly! Does not have the agitator, I was a little skeptical at first, but now I wouldn't have a machine with an agitator! So easy to wash bedding!

Love this washer so much, it is super efficient and pretty large. I was looking for one that wasn’t front-loading (not a fan of those) and didn’t have an agitator (again, not a fan) and this fits all the requirements. It does play music that you can’t turn off, so if that bothers you then steer clear. At first it was weird, but now it’s kinda nice. We like to joke that Freddy Fazbear is here when it goes off, which is hilarious since my husband’s office is right next to the laundry room and it’ll startle him sometimes!

I absolutely love this washing appliance. More room for bulky items. Quite washing. Easy to use. Less water usage. Clothes are clean. Easy viewing of clothes being washed and spin cycle is smooth with no water residing on clothes

Seems to wash clothing well while using much less water than my old machine. Machine is much quieter than my previous washer. Capacity is large enough to hold a fairly heavy queen size comforter though for a more thorough clean may want to opt to bring such large items to a commercial wash.
