I am in love with this washing machine. I’ve needed a new washing machine for a while and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I am a person who does my research and reads reviews. This is probably the best washing I’ve ever purchased. Very easy to use, clothes come out clean the first time and it’s also appealing to look at. I love the see through glass and the soft close. I can’t get enough of it that I look for stuff to wash lol.

Before this, I bought another brand and tested it for 2 days and returned it, but this LG top-load washer is excellent in quality; it cleans clothes really well. I can now wash my king-size bed blanket, and it comes out clean, and water drains nicely from it. I have 2 dogs that shed badly, and this washer removes the dog hair and keeps my clothes clean and smelling good. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to have clean cloths with no tear and no pet hair. it is wonderful and I love it.

Very happy with the noise levels, and have had no issues. Very clean looking also.

I was a little hesitant on getting a washer made by the same company that makes TVs. After research and asking friends of they tried their washer, the feedback was all good. I oulled the trigger and purchased. I am very impressed. The washer is quiet, spacious, and easy to use. I didn’t do my research on the features and it turns out it is a smart washer that works with my TV. I haven’t noticed anything odd since it was delivered and installed. In addition, I made a last minute request to have the washer installed. The techs had no problems taking old one and installing the new LG washer. The techs were very friendly and did an amazing job handling the washer with care and with the install. I did get the matching dryer and that will be a seperate review.

Washer works great and cleans a lot of clothes at once and super quite you could be ten feet away from it and wouldn’t hear it

It's a very quiet washer... I sometimes need to double-check that I started it because I can't hear it. It has a larger tub than I expects and have been able to wash comforters without nay issues. My only complaints are the touchpad style buttons don't always respond, so I have to rub my finger across it several times to get it to start. Also, I'm not a fan of the lid locking once it has started... I realize it's safety feature, but I always find that ONE sock or t-shirt that fell off the laundry basket on the way to wash clothes.

Excellent washer. My wife and I love it. It cleans much better than our old Kenmore Series 80 that finally quit after over 20+ years. It's quiet, uses less detergent with better results. The spin cycle is better too, so our dryer doesn't take quite as long as it did before. Delivery took only 2 days and the setup was fast. The only things I wish were different was if the default temperature was Cold instead of Hot. Also, I think it would be nice to have a light you could turn on if you wanted to have a better look into the tub. I highly recommend this washer, as does Consumer Reports.

I love my new washing machine, only thing I don’t like about these new washing machines is that you can’t select how much water to put in the machine (like small, medium or large). I like it has WiFi it tells you what cycle you are in and when it’s done. It also tells you when it’s time to tubo clean the washing machine. Make sure when you are done washing that you take the parts out and rinse and dry the parts and leave the lid up so it will not smell. It is very crucial.

I’m really impressed with my new LG washing machine. The large capacity is perfect for big loads, and I went with the agitator model because I've had experiences with impeller style machines. The black design looks amazing in my laundry room, and I absolutely love the soap and softener dispenser—it’s so convenient and helps avoid spills. The smart washer feature that connects to my phone helps me track wash cycles and get notifications when it’s done. Overall, it’s an efficient, high-tech machine that makes laundry day a lot easier!

I am happy with this washing machine. The tub is really deep and wide and despite all this the machine isn't very wide and bulky. We have a small laundry room and it fits well. I appreciate that this agitator leaves plenty of room in the tub. My last machine a good portion of space was taken by the agitator and this LG agitator doesn't have open fins at the bottom. My old machine would get clothes tangled on the agitator because of the fins. I am happy with my purchase. I haven't used all the features but so far no complaints.

The washer is awesome! It's easy to use and does a great job at cleaning my clothes! I appreciate that the washer covers all the of the common settings I use for colors, whites, and bedsheets as well as allowing for quick washes or custom settings. I'm also a big fan of the capacity, this is probably the largest size that I can get for my space but it fit perfectly and definitely looks amazing in the space, especially with its brushed black finish!

This washer so far has worked wonderfully. I don't find the AI Wash cycle to be very useful, but the other ones are good. There is a delicate cycle that is pre-programmed in the "Downloaded" cycle. As others have mentioned, use the Deep Fill option if you want to ensure your clothes are submerged in water. I find that if I use the correct cycle for the types of fabric, then I really don't need that deep fill option enabled. The unit is definitely quiet and pretty balanced (heavy loads haven't caused it to shake like my old GE washer). I was on the fence of getting an impeller model, but saw reviews that it doesn't wash as well. I ended up with the agitator and am happy with the choice. At 4.8 cu ft, it is very roomy even with the agitator and can definitely handle large bedding, etc. Finally, It was easy to hook up, glass lid is helpful to see how things are performing, and the mobile app is useful.

I’ve had this washer for a week now. I am extremely happy with its performance. There was many different cycles to choose from, and I can even send a cycle from my phone to the washer. Sometimes I wish it would add a little more water as the clothes usually aren’t 100% covered in water, but they always come out clean so it knows what it’s doing. I’d recommend.

The large capacity is great for bigger loads, and everything comes out consistently clean and well rinsed. It runs quiet which I really appreciate, especially during longer cycles. The controls are simple to understand, and the washer automatically adjusts the load,

This washing machine is an excellent addition to our busy family. The drum is huge and is able to do big loads without a hitch. The app that it connects to provides all the little details you need like usage and other things. I absolutely love the machine.

This washer is like nothing I have used before. The smart features are amazing and the clothes come out very clean. Quiet operation is great since the unit is located next to our bedroom. Very pleased with this purchase.

This washer had been great with no major issues, during the spin cycle you wouldn't even know it's spinning; is silent and no movement. The online features are a little limited but not useless.

Bought this beautiful washer it works great good size we can wash our comforter in it with no problem highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new washer

So far so good. Control panel is pretty much all electronic so here’s to hoping nothing breaks. Have only had this washing machine about a month but so far it does a great job. I’m old school and love the top loader aspect. Lots of room for large size loads.

This is great so far, silent and efficient. For the price I got the bundle, I couldn’t be getting it wrong
