This replaced my 39 year old Maytag and so far it has performed well. Excellent cleaning performance and many options to customize the cycle, but can be operated easily with the default settings and minimum fuss. Very quiet compared to my old washer, hardly notice it is on when door is closed to the laundry room. The drum is huge and most of my loads are less than half full. I am 5' 2" and it is a little difficult to retrieve clothes from the bottom. Most cycles last 50 minutes or more. It is tall, so measurements are important.

Nice washer and good value. I like the agitator, large size, and different settings it offers. My clothes always smell clean and the see-through lid is great. My overall rating is 4 stars because it does not seem to get stains out easily and sometimes when I wash clothes and sheets some of the laundry items comes out with faint white or black line on it. I recently spilled tomato sauce on a shirt, sprayed with stain remover right away, then washed through two cycles but the stain never came out. I have also only had the washer for a month and a half and there is already a water stain around the perimeter of the inside of the washer. I always leave the lid open after each load to air out so not sure what is causing this.

This washer is awesome! It is extremely spacious inside. It has an agitator inside that moves back and forth gently to clean your clothes perfectly. It is easy to work and has many different washing settings to choose from . You can adjust the wash temperature settings to meet your washing needs. I would recommend this washer to anyone. When buying from Best Buy I feel I'm getting the best value for my money. Karen K

I've had this washer for 21/2 years and it still works great. It's big enough to wash my King comforters. It's quiet and cleans my clothes well! I only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because it doesn't have an option to soak clothes.

I've had mine for over 3 months now and love it! It gets used daily in my household. The large basin can fit all my king-size comforters. I like that it automatically fills according to load size but I especially like that you can also chose to deep fill when extra water is necessary. It is quiet but mighty!

Purchase this washer and dryer set and is so happy with it they both are so quiet and hoods a lot of clothes in it Just love it

So far so good. Was concerned about not enough water but it seems ok. Also it has a deep fill so it not an issue. Was also concern about time for wash but it it takes an hour or less per load.

Perfect washing machine! Exactly what i was looking for. Love the option for "deep wash." My old machine didn't have this option. I'm happy that it is top loading so I dont need to bend over and hurt my back. It stays balanced and works great! I've been using it for months and I feel good about my decision. It looks pretty too.

Absolutely love this machine and the way it cleans my laundry.

Owned it for a month. After much research this LG Model WT7155CW appears to be the best of "tried and true" proven mechanical build along with updated electronics. Looking forward to 15+ years of great service.

Love the modern technology of this product and style.

This washer has been a disappointment anytime I have slightly visible soiled clothing it comes out looking the same almost as it hasn’t been washed. I would pass on this washer and get a front loader or a different top loader. This one is a no for me!

I wound not consider this a washer. It does not get clothes clean and we are consistently having to inspect items to ensure they are clean. Our previous washer we did not have to do it and we miss it so much. There should be a longer return period. I will no longer be getting an LG product again. Here is an example of a simple stain it could not get off. Very disappointed.

I have to wash everything on deep wash with drep fillto not ruin clothws and make sure there is enough water. Come rinse time it doesnt even cover the clothes. Worst washer ever!

I had to replace a 17 year old washer. After researching I decided on the one Consumer Report recommend that was an LG Impeller. Boy what a big mistake. It was noisy and got off balance too much. I decided to go back to an agitator type, the model I wanted was not in stock so I decided on this one. The BestBuy guy I spoke to said he had this one and his wife was very pleased. After a few washes, doing exact items I did with the other model, this machine worked like a charm. It did get off balanced once. I am very pleased with everything about this washer. My clothes are clean, machine is not loud and it is cheaper. I would recommend this machine to anyone.

This was purchased to replace a GE washer that failed less than a month after the warranty expired, so longevity of the product was my main buying factor. The 10 year warranty in addition to LG’s reputation for making decent washers made this one the best option for me. This thing is super quiet, cleans great, and the spin cycle effectively rings out most of the water (leaving less work for the dryer). My only complaint is that there are three white stickers/tape on the front and sides where the seam is. The quick start guide said to remove all of the stickers and whatnot before use and upon removing the one on the front it also took off a chunk of the paint the size of the sticker/tape. LG either needs to indicate that these should not be removed, or use stickers with less adhesive. The ambiguity about whether they should even be removed in the first place is a problem as well.

I’m very happy with my new washer. It has larger capacity than my old one, and is easy to operate. Seems quieter too. I’m not used to the transparent lid, but it’s fun seeing what’s going on in there.

This washer has been amazing. We have had it for a month and comfortably wash everything! We can wash big loads with sheets towels and blankets and the washer takes it like nothing. Noise is nothing crazy, am in love with the agitator really leaves the clothes clean. 10/10 really great washer and dryer combo! So glad we got the deal we did.

Easy to use, cleans well, fairly quick, and doesn't make a lot of noise. I purchased it about three weeks ago and up to this point I cannot find any negative issues with the washer.
