Great picture. Remote takes some getting used to with the scroll wheel. Would have given 5 stars if the operating system were faster.

We have a number of LG tvs that we’ve been very happy with. So when it was time to replace a Toshiba tv that was dying, we went looking for a new LG. We talked with Jay, the LG specialist at our local store, and he recommended this model. Great choice, great picture and sound, and a good value.

I can't review the TV as it was left on the stoop of my apartment building where it is not currently located. FedEx is no joy to deal with and they state, "For the safety of our drivers, packages are never permitted to delivered into the interior of any residential locations or the beyond the front lobby or vestibule of apartments/condominiums, and only if said lobby/vestibule is accessible to the general public. Under these parameters your package was delivered to the correct location per this address. Theft, damage, or loss of the package after the time of delivery is beyond the scope of our delivery obligations. We apologize, but at this point please contact your shipper for additional options. " So I'm calling Best Buy and I can't get through to a human on a Saturday? As a disabled person I assumed (incorrectly) that Best But would send over a TEAM Member to deliver this TV and I called Best Buy after making the purchase to see if I could align the delivery time but was told I would be getting notified when the shipping was calculated. I received notice the it would be coming from Ohio via FedEx. I called FedEx and explained the situation to the woman who answered and she told me that she was inserting copious notes so that the TV would be brought to my door. There is a obvious placed call box by the door and I asked that it be rung. The lady assured me her note was complete! On delivery day the package arrival time was pushed back but I was alerted to that and then the time was getting close and once the driver hit the "BUZZER" I would let him in but that never happened. I took another look at the computer screen and there was the package on the front stoop! I made my way downstairs and got to the door and there was NO package! I looked where I could in the hallways and I had no luck. I called FedEx and talked to a different lady who asked me to ask my neighbors which I promised her I would do after we got off the phone. She provided me a ticket number and encouraged me that all will be okay. I made the rounds to neighbors and left notes to those that didn't answer. Yesterday I filled out a FedEx form and I already showed the crux of their response. A new day and when I call Best Buy there is no answer as I reached them outside of their normal business hours. A little about me... I have worked as a shipping manager for 30+ years (before my stroke) but to know that a residential delivery does not require a signature means that once the driver leaves it... The package is fair game! If, Best Buy would use common sense and chose their shipments have "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" we would not be in this situation.

TV was the perfect size. We bought this TV because we do not get local channels.l and we wanted a extra TV that we could hook up to a antenna. This TV was easy to scan local channels. It was quick and easy. Great picture, very lightweight to move and load in my vehicle.. The only thing I wish is that it had, is a middle stand instead of 2 leg stands on either end so I could place it on a small dresser. With the two leg stands that are on the end of the TV. The space length of the leg stands makes it impossible to place TV on top of a small dresser.

I decided to shift from Samsung televisions. I recently purchased the LG 43” Class 70A Series QNED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), and I’ve been genuinely impressed with the overall experience so far. The picture quality is excellent for a 43-inch display — colors look vibrant without feeling oversaturated, and the clarity is sharp whether I’m streaming shows, watching movies, or just browsing apps. The QNED panel does a great job balancing brightness and contrast, which makes darker scenes easier to see while still keeping bright scenes crisp and detailed. One of my favorite features is how customizable the sound and picture settings are. It feels like the TV actually adapts to my viewing habits. I was able to fine-tune the audio to match my room and preferences, and the dialogue clarity is noticeably better than on my previous TV. Even without a soundbar, the built-in speakers sound fuller and more balanced than I expected from a TV this size. The integrated AI capabilities really stand out. The TV seems to learn what I watch and recommends content that actually matches my interests, which saves time scrolling endlessly. The AI picture and sound optimization also make a noticeable difference — the settings automatically adjust depending on what I’m watching, and it genuinely improves the experience without me having to constantly tweak things manually. Overall, this TV feels very intuitive and personalized. The webOS interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and everything from streaming apps to settings feels responsive. If you’re looking for a mid-sized smart TV with strong picture quality, customizable audio, and useful AI features that enhance everyday viewing, this model is definitely worth considering.

We got this TV for our bedroom, We didn't have a lot of space, so we went with this 43" and it fits the space perfectly. I gave it five stars because the picture is very good, it's easy to set up, and it sounds good. There are some negatives, such as the LG WebOS interface that is loaded with ads, but you can turn those off (mostly), and there are some missing apps that would make this that much better. Overall, still 5 stars and worth the price paid. Note that this is my second version of this. The first one was delivered, looked okay, but when turned on has a large, white oval in the middle of the screen. The LG rep I spoke to saw the picture and said, "that has to go back." The exchange process at the Best Buy store was painless.

Great picture, easy to use. Only complaint is no mute button on remote but that doesn't really matter

Absolutly Excellent Picture. Sound quality very good. Overall quaility of this TV seems very good. Frustrating remote control, the voice function is still eluding me. No mute button on the remote. A message popped up telling me to "press down on the volume control for a few seconds" in order to mute the volume, then press up for a few seconds to un-mute it... First Tv I've seen in 50 years that doesnt have a mute button. If you care about privacy Un-check the box's in the service contract that give them permission to track and share everything you do and watch with numerous third party entities. One star removed for making me buy another remote so as to have a Mute button.

I like it so much, I bought two! (43-inch AND 50-inch). The first was for our work-out room, the second was for my mother-in-law (who resides with us). The two units have the same install of WebOs, which is fairly simple to navigate and customize (unless you are my mother-in-law). In a small room, it has *VERY* good SDR brightness, good color volume, and excellent motion-handling. The sound is a bit lackluster, especially in the lower range, but she's watching the set in a 120 sq. foot room! Sound bars are cheap these days, and easy to add, if you feel the need. Smart TV performance is very good on these units, with a snappy connection to my 700 mbps Internet connection. On both units, however, the female users in our household prefer their trusty Roku devices. Screen reflectivity is not an issue for the 43-inch unit as installed, because it's in a room with no overhead lights or direct sunlight (be aware that it can be an issue on these televisions, but is certainly NOT a deal-breaker). I think my wife actually prefers the 43-inch version, and would have gotten two of those by choice instead of a 43-inch and a 50-inch. For me, one of the biggest issues with many "high-performance" modern TVs is the appalling lack of upscaling performance. We watch a LOT of Standard Definition video in the house, from a variety of physical and streaming formats, and we need good upscaling. These LG televisions, with the Alpha 7 Gen. 8 processors, have that in spades! It's not as big an issue on the smaller sets, but it's still extremely important on *any* size of 4k TV. If you get a chance, please watch some SDR video on one of these TVs before you buy a competing "cheap tv". It's worth your time, and your money. Highly Recommend!

Very good quality, picture, and sound. Like the title says. I brought this for my son for his birthday. He mostly uses it for his Xbox series X. The only thing I wanted that it doesn’t have is a higher refresh rate. But, 60hz for gaming is good and smooth enough. The picture is crisp and colorful. Sound is loud and full.. plus it’s a smart tv so you can cast and stream directly from the TV.

My last LG TV lasted ten years. It was still giving a great picture and sound, but its "smart" features were getting dementia (unwarranted out-of-memory messages requiring repeated unplugging of TV). So I was looking for a replacement and found this model. Quite simply, this new TV just blows me away. The colors are more vivid and accurate, the resolution is up from 1000K to 4000K, and the numerous LG ad-supported channels available are like over-the-air TV but with better reception. And then there is the Magic Remote. This rascal has a built-in microphone enabling you to tell the TV what to do, like "Open YouTube" or "tune in Channel 4." SWEET!!! And what's even more amazing is you can get such a wonderful TV for around $300. Yes, you can spend a thousand or more on OLED, yet -- I don't know about you, but I've got better things to do with my money... All in all, two thumbs way up!

This is a nice midrange TV for smaller spaces. The picture quality and colors are good out of the box but after some adjustment on various content types and input sources it looks great. The built in speakers are okay but it allows various audio connections to soundbar or speakers that can be controlled by the remote. No issues with Wifi connectivity, and it also has a LAN port. The built in apps all work but they are not as fast as a standalone AppleTV 4K box as expected. Gaming on an xbox looks great with HDR turned on and input lag seems minimal. This TV even looks okay with our old Wii plugged in via an HDMI adapter. Giving it 4 stars for several reasons. First, the setup took a long time and was a bit of a pain requiring an and app and multiple agreements. Next, the mouse thing on the remote can sometimes be annoying and you can't disable it. Finally, the homescreen is a mess of ads and junk until you dig deep into the settings and turn a bunch of things off. Overall if you have the time and patience to dig into the settings and make adjustments this is a great TV. If you need something fast and easy to setup for grandma or a non tech friend I would probably look elsewwhere.

I bought this TV as an early Christmas present for my parents, and they have absolutely loved it. It's there bedroom TV, and it's the perfect size for them. Gets plenty loud on it's own, and the picture quality great for the price. I find the LG UI a little less intuitive than Sony's, but it operates without a hitch and is snappy.

Got this TV for a family member, and they love it. It's very bright, with great color! The contrast is well balanced, with deep darks and bright highlights. The sound is decent, and the AI upscaling makes even older shows look good. The only con is that the UI on the main screen has a lot of ads. Overall, it’s great and I would recommend it!

I bought this TV because I have other LG TVs, and I really like the user interface as well as their remote control. This is their most affordable QNED, and the color was better than I expected for this price point. TV looks great from all angles as well. I would recommend this for someone who is on a budget, but still wants a premium remote control.

Beautiful viewing and with WebOS I can search the Internet on a big beautiful screen.
