Great TV and perfect for your desk as a PC monitor if you grab the 48 inch one. 4K resolution, 165hz in gaming mode, and 10bit color. The blacks are pitch-dark, the colors pop like crazy, and running high frame rates on a screen this crisp makes standard monitors feel obsolete. It's easily one of the best TV's on the market if you want reference-grade picture quality. Don't forget to grab an HDMI 2.1 48gbps cable with your setup.

This tv is awesome. I have a c3 and a c5 but this c6 does improve somewhat from the c5. I get 2200 nits of peak brightness on this tv and that’s super bright. HDR when tuned correctly paired with pc gaming looks absolutely stunning. Sound quality is ok but could be better. Picture quality is pretty good though

This one will be long but I think it's necessary for context why I decided to return this and I am overall unhappy with LG oleds lately. The TLDR is: this has uniformity issues, worse VRR flicker than non-tandem w-oleds, crawling dither that looks like film grain, and the 165hz mode has black crush and increased vertical banding. I wanted to like this, but it's just disappointing more than anything. I am no stranger to LG oleds. I had an LG CX 48in for 4 years and now use a G4 55in as a PC monitor, but I have also tried a C5 42in and their 32GS95UE monitor as well. The CX was as close to perfect as it gets, but every other LG I have used or tried since then has had some kind of compromises or issues that show up in day-to-day use that I can't get over. The G4 55in has cyan tint on the left and right sides of the TV that can't be calibrated out, and the tint follows your head around the screen. This is at a distance of 5-6ft, and since I prefer warm color temperatures, it exacerbates the issue. I figured I just got unlucky with the panel lottery, and since I got it from LG's partner store I was stuck with it and they wouldn't replace the panel. After about a year of suing the G4, I wanted to downsize from 55in so I tried out a C5 42in. Sure enough, the blue/green tint was there on all edges of the screen. White was never uniformly white, and that tint showed up in games and movies whenever there were light colors on the screen. So, I stuck with the G4. Once I heard the C6 48in was a tandem w-oled panel this year, and would be substantially brighter and more colorful than the 42in, I decided to give it a try. Again though, there is cyan tint on the left and right sides of the screen that impacts games and movies alike when lighter colors are on the screen (think clouds in the sky going from blue/green to white to blue/green). Using the standard or vivid presets (or changing to a cool color temp) can help mask it, because those are more blue, but it never really disappears. The further you get from the screen the more it blends in and becomes harder to spot but I can see the tint even at 10ft away. I tried to capture this with a picture, but it's hard to do with my camera and so much worse in person. What's worse this year though is the vertical banding and the VRR flicker on this tandem panel. On the CX, G4, and C5 I never noticed VRR flicker outside of game menus. With this C6 48in though, it's so much worse than before and I can easily spot it in games even when I have relatively stable FPS with a 9800x3d and 5090. This is closer to my experience with qd-oleds and the main reason I avoided them in favor of w-oleds for the better VRR handling. After about 100 hours of use and multiple automatic compensation cycles, the vertical banding didn't improve much but it's possible it could even out a bit more after the longer pixel refresh runs after 2000 hours or so. I'm not willing to gamble and wait that long. I play a lot of horror and sci-fi games and it's a bit distracting. If you mostly play bright colorful games you might not have an issue. The diagonal dithering from the 4 and 5 series has been changed to something akin to film grain. If you are just watching tv shows and movies from a distance this is basically impossible to spot, but if you use it as a PC monitor or sit from around 3-5ft away you might spot it. The closer you get to the screen, certain colors seem to crawl, especially noticeable on Windows dark mode and things like discord, it looks just like film grain. Still, neither dithering method bothered me in practice because I sit far enough away. Just thought I would mention it for those who don't like the diagonal lines and like to sit really close to the screen. Dithering isn't gone, it's just different. Finally, the 165hz mode on PC has issues. There is significant black crush, near black color handling seems worse, and it introduces even worse vertical banding than when the TV is at 120hz. The 144hz mode on my G4 and on the C5 also had these same issues to a degree, but it is worse on this TV, maybe because of the tandem panel. So, I returned it for all of those reasons. Which is annoying because the CX was goated, but since then it seems to have gone downhill with LG oleds in my experience. I prefer glossy, but with uniformity seemingly getting worse each year for LG and VRR flicker being more pronounced, I may as well go with a qd-oled like the S95H instead to avoid most of the problems I brought up in this review. Hopefully that helped someone else, but maybe your luck will be better than mine if you want to give it a shot.

The picture on this TV is great. Response time and refresh rate is fantastic for gaming. Alot of people are upset about ads and privacy but you have the option to turn off ads and most of the privacy stuff. The remote boxed with this TV is subpar, you have to hold one button for a few seconds to bring up your input list and to mute it. Recommend buying remote from previous years on amazon for $20.

I've gone through a lot of OLED monitors and all felt kinda lackluster in their own ways (brightness, banding, etc) and if you get a good unit (I had some open box issues) it really is the best experience I could ask for

So this is a comment on both the tv and LG. I got this tv and I loved it. Had it for 45 days and lg sent out an update that corrupted the hdmi port software. Now tv displays blue and green at times and one hdmi port bleeds into another. LG customer supports (who really struggled with English as a second language) recommendation was to turn off HDR/deep color (a major selling point of the tv). Will update review pending final resolution, but until then I cannot recommend this tv.

Know that I am an 80/20 user. As such I prefer simplicity and a product to fulfill it's intended purpose, faithfully, for a long time (commensurate with cost). It has a stunning picture quality. It is (now) easy to operate the way I want. It is LARGE yet will manage on a desk. It makes a terrific monitor. It has the two-layer oled panel that isn't supposed to be offered in sizes below 55" (C6H models). It runs HDR, VRR, hits 165Hz and is bright enough for dayroom use without cranking the level up past 80. I found the setup a PAIN to go through, but having owned other LG TV's it was only tedious and aggravating. The occasional pop-ups for accepting terms, etc. are annoying. That Magic Remote is a curse. The speakers are 'Meh'! If you want great sound you'll need an add-on system. You are restricted to HDMI 2.1 So other than the software pains, the unit is a 5/5. What I found most helpful are product videos with fine tuning suggestions for deep dives into the menus. Understanding what to leave on, what to turn off, and how to route connected devices (in my case an ONN 4K Pro, a Prozor DAC, my computer, a Logitech z-2300 sound system) is all findable online. I did not download the LG Companion to sync the PC to the TV power, btw, as doing the on/off manually is fine. So, will it be worth it? Catch it on sale and be very pleased with a longer than usual lifespan for OLED screens.

This is by far the best tv ive ever used, and it isnt even close. Every movie I watch feels like im in a small theater. The brightness and colors are outstanding, HDR content is on a whole other level. The 165hz and game settings make it a fantastic gaming display. No noticable gray banding, diagonal dithering, or other issues that have traditionally plagued other similar displays. If you decide to pick up the C6, you will absolutely not be disappointed.

My first LG oled TV was the B8 model. I decided to upgrade with this C6 model due to it being on sale. The OLED isn’t much different in terms of the picture quality between the two models, but it is a tad better. However, if you’ve never had an oled before, get this TV. Easy to set up and I personally love the web os that comes with LG’s as it is one of the best user friendly interfaces with settings being easy to change, even if you’ve never had an LG tv before. If you have a very bright room with a lot of natural sunlight, you may want to calibrate some of the picture settings to fit your space. Don’t blame the TV quality right away. There’s a bunch of websites out there that have the exact calibration settings for the C6 if you’re not sure what to do.

This TV is amazing. Super smooth 165hz PC gaming monitor, great TV, amazing colors, OLED blacks, brightness, etc. Not sure it gets any better than this.

This TV is fantastic. The audio is usually sub par on some OLED panels andymore, but it's actually very good. Fast processor, true inky blacks. I love it. We have two C series OLED's in our house, and will always grab these. Also has high refresh rates for gamers. Highly recommend.

LG is simply the best when it comes to OLED screens. This tv has perfect outputs with both gaming and movie display. Plenty of HDMI ports with this one and the native 120hz refresh rate is a must with new tech. My only complaint is I wish the remote was closer to my older G series models, as the mouse cursor can be a pain, but that's not a deal breaker by any means.

I've owned a lot of TVs over the years, and this LG C6 EVO AI is easily the best one I've brought home. The OLED picture quality is incredible—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and HDR content looks absolutely stunning. Movies feel cinematic, and sports and gaming are buttery smooth thanks to the high refresh rate and gaming features. Setup was quick, webOS is fast and easy to navigate, and the AI picture and sound adjustments actually do a nice job without feeling gimmicky. The 48-inch size is perfect for my room and also works great as a gaming display. If you're on the fence about spending the extra money on an OLED, I'd say go for it. Every time I turn it on I'm impressed all over again. I have zero regrets with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium TV.

Got an email asking me to submit a review and get a $25 reward certificate. The Reward isn't necessary. I couldn't be happier!!! Bought this for watching 4K Blu-ray Movies, 4K streaming and PC & Console Gaming and occasional web browsing in my dual-purpose home office/man cave. Replaces my 5-year-old LG-CX OLED which now went to master bedroom duty. NOTE: Highly recommend visiting RTINGS.com & search "LG C6 48 OLED Monitor Review" which reveals this is actually a Tandem OLED similar to the 2 bigger LG C6H OLED screens. Quote: " The difference between this size and the other C6 options is that it uses a more colorful Tandem OLED panel, similar to the LG C6H OLED, which is only available in 77- and 83-inch sizes. It also comes with LG's Brightness Booster technology to boost luminosity even further." end quote, you're welcome Also, the tandem OLED's supposedly use less energy to produce brighter images thereby helping to prevent burn-in on the screen. Then search "LG C6H OLED Calibration Settings" on RTINGS.com to find the proper way to set up this TV. Optimal sitting distance for this size screen is about 6.5 feet away [again, search "TV Size to Distance Calculator (And the Science Behind It)"at RTINGS.com]. However, I usually sit around 5-6 feet away in my reclining gaming chair when viewing Movies, Streaming and Gaming (I only use a controller for PC/Console gaming) and it is truly magnificent. If web browsing my eyes are probably around 3 ft from the screen (BIG desk with a 3ft wide by 6ft butcher block top ha ha) and it is awesome even when that close as I've never experienced eye strain or fatigue. Wait for a sale and get the best bang for your buck. I just waited for the 2026 Labor Day sale so I could use the $$$ saved to get the 5-year Geek Squad Protection plan "Free" ;) Support your local Best Buy!!!! I HATE dealing with internet retailers if any issues pop up as it's a coin toss if they will actually help you or not. DOWN WITH so called AI "customer service" peeps! Peace of mind and being able to talk to an actual human=priceless=Thank you for being here Best Buy! Appreciate you! Yes, REALLY!!

Due to my aging eyes, I needed a larger set for the bedroom. The staff at the store were great. Took it home, easy to set up and got it running quickly. Great picture quality and easier for me to read the menu items from across the room.

I bought the C6 to replace a Samsung Oddssey Neo G9 49" and I have to say, this was the best thing I have ever done. The colors it is able to produce and I especially love the ability to be able to cast things to it over Google Cast and Airplay, I would say its the best thing i have ever bought.

Love the software. The tv is very bright and easy to use with a variety of settings. Great picture depth.

Obviously a great OLED TV that has a sleek design and looks fantastic. Works great with PC gaming and its upscale ("sharpening") is very effective too. The only downside is LG's "smart" service and software being bloated and sometimes buggy, making the entire experience not as enjoyable as it should be. The available setting adjustments allows for a lot of flexibility, just know that it takes time to set it perfectly for you. Still love the TV and would recommend it.

The picture quality, colors, brightness, blacks any thing you can think of about the viewing the tv are all 10/10. Sound is average so get a soundbar. Some of the apps are useless and I'm not a fan of webOS. The home screen needs a complete redesign. I don't need AI in my tv either. There's no instructions on how to remove the 48" from the box. I just cut the box completely apart... Glad I didn't need to return it. BIGGEST Downside is LG is trying to collect as much info as possible about you, your network, everything it can. If that bothers you don't Ever connect it to the Internet. That is your best course of action. Other than that... Best TV I've ever bought.

I got the 48 inch C6 in the picture quality is amazing. It has the tandem OLED just like the 77 inch. C6H which is a crazy upgrade.
