Did just couple washes, works great, silent and the washer is faster that my old one. 4 star because first time when the delivery company delivered it damaged it so they took it back and send me a new one. Just lost some time. O yeah it looks so good in laundry room. We will see how will work over the years.

I love how sleek the WashTower is! It handles large loads with ease, and the steam feature is a game-changer for stains. The dryer works great, but one downside is that debris like sand collects in the front door seal and falls out when opening the door. Overall, it’s a fantastic package with space saving solution

This laundry tower meets all my needs. There are so many cycles to choose from. The machines do a great job cleaning the clothes and are efficient. The steam cycle in the gas dryer has been invaluable for getting wrinkles out of clothing quickly. The controls all being in one location makes it way to see.

Great stacking combo! Freed up space in my laundry room to put nice cabinets on both sides! Works great! Super easy to use!

This washer/dryer duo is amazing.. we purchased two units while on sale. One leaked on the first day but we balanced and hasn’t leaked since. The installation guys were very and careful.

Love this all in one washer dryer Amazing technology

Yes it looks great and has all the bells and whistles but less than a month into owning it glass spontaneously shattered on my washer. Online forums tell me this is very common sadly. Dealing with Best Buy customer service chat is extremely frustrating to fix too. I have an appt scheduled and still not convinced they’ll bring replacements then. Be warned.

All in all, this has been a great replacement for our 10+ year old old-school washer and dryer units. It looks great, and does a great job with washing and drying all fabrics. Two things that caused me to drop this to a 4 star review: 1. The doors are mounted on the left of the unit, and cannot be switched. Our laundry room would work out a lot better if they were on the right hand side but that cannot be done. 2. The app is really cumbersome to setup. I got it done, but it took a while to get my phone to connect to the unit. It doesn't add a ton (besides an extra year of manufacturer's warranty) but I like having a notification telling me when my wash is done. Some reasons we love it: 1. Highly efficient - the dryer takes about half the time as our old dryer did for similar sized loads 2. The detergent dispenser is awesome - we got rid of Tide Pods and have gone all liquid - which is cheaper and more efficient (you don't need more than a small bit of detergent in most situations) 3. Very quiet operation, and it doesn't shake the whole house 4. The aesthetic fits our laundry room's vibe which is always a nice touch.

With its 7.4 cu. ft. capacity, I can dry bulky items like comforters without any hassle. Clothes come out evenly dried, soft, and ready to wear. The sensor drying feature works perfectly—no more over-drying or damp spots. One of my favorite features is the center control panel. It’s intuitive, easy to reach, and makes selecting cycles simple and convenient. The smart capabilities are also a big plus—I can monitor and control loads right from my phone, which adds a whole new level of convenience. Overall, this WashTower is efficient, powerful, and thoughtfully designed. It saves time, looks amazing, and delivers consistent results every time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, all-in-one laundry solution.
