Customer Ratings & Reviews

The LG washer and dryer set has completely transformed my laundry routine. What used to feel like a never-ending chore now feels effortless. The washer is powerful yet gentle — my clothes come out spotless without fading or damage, even on delicate fabrics. I especially appreciate how energy and water efficient it is, and how quietly it runs. The dryer is just as impressive. It dries clothes quickly and evenly without overheating, and the variety of settings means I can handle everything from heavy bedding to light athletic wear with confidence. One of my favorite features is the sensor dry, which prevents over-drying and keeps clothes looking new. I purchased mine in the platinum black color, and I absolutely love how sleek and modern it looks in my laundry room. It’s stylish as well as functional, which makes the space feel upgraded. The controls are intuitive, and I really like the smart features that let me check progress from my phone. This washer and dryer set has saved me time, energy, and even money on utilities, all while giving me outstanding results. It’s the perfect combination of performance, design, and convenience — I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Great washer! Holds a good amount of clothing and is simple to use! All the settings are easy to understand and the design is sleek and sexy plus its fun to be able to see the to clothing gwt sloshed back in forth even without the agitator.

absolutely love Little scary because its so quiet Kept checking to see if it was on. Load capacity is awesome. Truly happy to have

I love this set!!! Works like a charm, love all the different options, and they look SO classy!!!

So far I love it. Its large enought that I can wash a king size comforter. It has multiple setting for different type of loads. It is connected.to my phone so I can get info on my loads such as when the load finishes, errors (which I have not seen yet), what phase the cycle is in and if there was something needing repaired.

Works great. Cleans our clothes very well. I really love the fact that there’s an app that tells you how long is left and when it’s done.

Easy to use. Good size basin. Quiet in its action.

I have king size beds so the bedding is bulky. This washer has no problem with it. I love it does not have an agitator. First time without one.

Love it . Works beautifully. I thought it would be hard to program to my phone but i was able to do it easily.

My Wife and I visited the Best Buy store in Poughkeepsie last week to purchase a washer/dryer. We were assisted by Tom. He was very knowledgeable, having worked in the Sales for many decades. His help was invaluable in helping us find the right size washer/dryer to meet our needs as a retired couple. The delivery team were awesome. They did a meticulous job of removing our old washer/dryer and installing the new ones. Great job Guys and Tom! Oh and the email from Best Buy enabling us to follow up with any questions or concerns was reassuring Overall this was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Thank you, Michael & MaryAnn

It’s doing the job. It’s drying up everything so I’m having fun with it using it right away.

Bought my new LG washer and dryer set. So far, so good. Life's Good!!

Finally a dryer that has not broken down. So far this dryer has met my expectations. Very easy to operate. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Also I was able to get it on sale.

Nice washer but our 22 and 19 year old college students say there is a high pitched sound coming from it that hurts their ears! Me and the wife can’t hear it as we are in our 50s. Would not recommend because of this issue. It appears to be an LG ongoing issue.

I loved it. It has clear functions to select from depending on the laundry load.

Happy to have my wife happy. Very professional, courteous and friendly

Great machine. Love the smart phone app and remote start abilities.

I enjoy the very sleek look about it. It’s got a good appearance. I’ve never had a machine without the agitator so I wasn’t sure how much I would like it but it’s great! Washes bedspreads pillows, etc.. also it’s quiet! And my clothes come out very clean. Doesn’t get any better than that.

I’ve waited to write this review for a month because I wanted to specifically test it out before giving my two cents. Absolutely love my LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. Smart Top Load Washer! It’s super spacious, quiet, and efficient. The Easy Unload feature is a game-changer, and the smart features make it simple to control from my phone. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time. Worth every penny!

I never knew a washing machine could be so quiet. The drum is huge and I can wash bed, comforters and large blankets with ease. I love the sleek design of the exterior of the washer itself. Very user-friendly.
