I couldn’t be happier with my LG 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer. It handles large loads effortlessly and leaves clothes fresh and clean every time. The built-in intelligence is a game changer—it automatically adjusts settings for optimal results, and the steam feature is fantastic for tough stains and sanitizing. I also love the smart connectivity; controlling and checking on my laundry from my phone is so convenient, especially on busy days. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!

Quiet!!! Efficient!!! Steam cycle assisted in removing odors from an old bed sheet that bleach couldn't touch. Very spacious for a king size quilt, with a bit of room to spare. Install crew super nice and efficient with the install. Did a great job going over the machine operations prior to leaving. Bought the side-kick pedestal wash machine. Works great, super quiet too. Great overall purchase.

This LG washer is amazing! It has an enormous capacity that handles multiple thick dog blankets or even my queen duvet (yes you can wash them!) I love that it’s quiet and part of the smart app which even allows for a delayed start. The color is gorgeous next to the matching dryer and I have them on pedestals so they are at the perfect height. Prob one of my favorite features is the partial door open holder to allow the interior to fully dry out. If there is one small negative is that specific to dog hair it can be a little challenging to get it all out but I deal because otherwise I couldn’t be happier, I searched a very long time before choosing these and never looked back!

This washer is my saving grace. It is my first one for my first new home! I’ve read tons of reviews before purchasing and decided to go with this washer and dryer set. My goal was to make sure I could wash comforters and this one does the trick. I will say make sure you only wash one comforter and nothing else. My first time I had my entire bedding set in the washer and it was having issues spinning but as soon as I removed everything and left the comforter it worked fine. It’s super easy to use, it play a little tune when it’s done washing. I would recommend to ANYONE. It was worth every penny plus with the Total Tech membership you really can’t go wrong. Thank you Best Buy again for coming through for me.

This is an exceptional washer! It’s fairly quiet. It has a very large capacity. It washes big blankets and quilts. You can do a quick 15 minute wash. It has many features and pretty easy to use. Black Steel is a great color.

BEST WASHING MACHING I EVER BOUGHT! I did weeks of research before deciding on this machine and I am so glad that we purchased this brand & model. My clothes come out clean on the first try. I'd had a different brand of front-loader and I wasn't impressed, this machine has definately changed my mind about front-load washers. I'd like to tell about all my favorite features, I can't, but I will tell you about some. Turbo Wash, 5 jets of water spraying your clothes to help get them clean, steam feature helps lift stains before the wash, downloadable cycles not to mention several pre-programmed cycle already included which are customizable . I love the wifi that allows control my washer from my smartphone ,even when I'm away from home, lets me keep track of my washing progress, sends me notification when it's finished and sends me information about my washers preformance and when it's time to clean the tub. It's a powerhouse yet quiet. I actually enjoy doing laundry now and it does it so well that after years of having to relaunder clothes it just feels strange it being done so quickly and right the first time.

Very happy with our new washer. Super quiet and plenty of cycle options. I do a lot of dark washes which require cold water and this machine has a one touch cold button feature! Large capacity. Does a great job. No complaints.

my non-LG 10yr old 4.5 cf washer was on its last legs..i ordered this washer to go with my 15yr old LG dryer. the drum is MUCH bigger than my last one-WOW i can do alot of laundry quickly!! even though it is a much larger drum, the profile is the same, which is good, my laundry room is small!! also got the sidekick at the same time...LOVE it!! the front loader is great for med-large loads, the sidekick for smaller loads. the delivery guys knew exactly how to remove my old unit and get the news ones in and working-they were quick, friendly, and efficient-in spite of the high temp/humidity we had that day :)

Love the large capacity washer. Normal cycle is much shorter time than our old washer. So many options on both washer and dryer. Quieter than set we had previously.

This washer is awesome. So quiet and is very gentle on clothes but gets them exceptionally clean. Will update this post if we experience any issues

Was able to get it for $899 on sale.. LG washer is well made quality product. Noise level is very low and doesn’t vibrate crazy during high spin cycle. Easy to use, cleans very well. Also time of wash cycle depends on the load of your laundry. FYI leave you washer door open after each wash and clean wet areas with paper towel to prevent mold on the rubbery part

Great machine so far. Replaced a 5 year old whirlpool that had sensor issues. Love the fact the filter is easily accessible. Cleans clothes perfectly and love the wifi connection for notifications when the cycle is done or the machine should be cleaned. The door also stays open just enough to ensure no mold or mildew issues. It is in a Florida garage with a plenty of heat and humidity and no issues to date. Highly recommend.

Super pleased with the performance of this washer. Have had it since December of '22. We've put it through it's paces including a move to our new home. It's used nearly every day and hasn't disappointed. Stains are remarkably gone -- even with the gentle and heavy duty cycles.

The highly-rated 4200 series LG washer and dryer were available and were delivered promptly. A large price reduction in between purchase and delivery was honored. The delivery people were great - on time, pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The machines work great. We also both the geek package and have already used it on our home theater, and that was excellent. All is good.

My wife loves this machine. She states that it is so quiet that she can do laundry and work at the same time. The washer and dryer are right beside her office. Previously doing laundry during the day was a punishable offense. I got good husband points for this purchase.

I love this washer! I especially like the bright whites setting because all my sheets and towels are white and they look so fresh and clean when they come out of the wash. I also like the fact that I get a reminder when the load is done either by the washer itself or the app if I’m outside or in another part of the house.

Purchased along with matching LG 7.4 ft.³ stackable smart dryer with steam and drawer pedestals! I Love it!! The different cycles this machine offers are perfect for small or extra large loads!! Steam feature is great! Wonderful updated Smart technology! Extra large tub can fit a queen size comforter easily as well as extra large loads of towels!!

I research everything for weeks before committing. However, we needed a washer ASAP, after our 14 yr old front loader died. Happy with our choice. It is quiet, has great wash cycle options. Great size capacity that is a nice upgrade from what we were using.
