Purchased this on a whim on sale for $349 around president’s day 2026. It is plug and play for an existing 77” B series OLED. Its primary use is for a kids gaming setup/occasional family movie night. For those purposes and at that sale price it is awesome value! Unpacking/setup was super easy, my only dislike and disappointment upon opening is that while the chosen parent rear speaker requires power the child requires a speaker wire ran to it thereby not making the system wireless. I just have the cable running across the carpet like a bum until a child decides to trip and wreck themselves over it. At some point I will have to address that annoyance because the rear speakers on level 10 make all the difference, especially at head level.

Wow! Im blown away by the quality of this sound bar. Easy setup. Only con is the volume is three dots that go from green to red as you go up. Would prefer a digital display with numbers.

The setup couldn’t be any easier, just open the box, put the soundbar under my projector screen, woofer on the floor to the right of the soundbar, satélite speakers on my night stands, run the wire from the left satellite speaker to the right, plug all of them, turn the soundbar on. The satélite speaker connects automatically, connect it via Bluetooth to the projector and done. The sound is amazing!!! Tested the system with my favorite movie “Top Gun Maverick” and it was better than great!!! All the sounds I was hearing like the metal cables dragging on the aircraft carrier’s flight deck and the aircraft taking off while the music was playing made it joyful to say the least. Now I’m thinking on buying another one for my office. Concerts, sports and of course movies are more fun watching with this amazing soundbar.

Plug and play with new LG OLED 77 TV. ARC Sound was easy to connect. Wireless subwoofer automatically turned on. A slight half star deduction is that one of the rear speakers needs to be connected to a power source. The pair of rear speakers also need to be connected to each other. Otherwise, great sound quality for the price paid during Black Friday deals.

The LG 5.1.1 Channel S70TR soundbar is a great addition to any home theater setup. It delivers clear, powerful sound with deep bass, and the Dolby Atmos support makes movies and shows feel more immersive. The wireless subwoofer and rear speakers are easy to set up and keep the space tidy. Dialogue is crisp, and the WOW Orchestra feature (when used with an LG TV) creates a fuller, more dynamic audio experience. This soundbar is amazing I have other audio systems in my room office connected to my computers and previous tv Since I purchased a new LG tv I was debating if I should buy it sound system for the TV or use what I already have So I decide to try this LG Soundbar in compared to everything I own the surround sound is amazing. Crystal clear sound and the rear speakers sound great too even though you still have to use one wire from one of the rear speakers to the other. It was not a hassle to do. It was worth getting it because of the sound that produce with this TV. I have tried this system or music movies and even on software that I use for my computer sense. It’s also Bluetooth compatible and I was amazed about the sound. If you’re thinking about buying a surround sound, you won’t regret getting this one

I’ve been using the LG S70TR 5.1.1 soundbar for about three months in my bedroom, paired with a 48-inch LG OLED TV. The sound quality is solid and works very well with LG TVs, especially through HDMI eARC. Installation wasn’t completely smooth at first. I had to read the manual from LG’s website because the quick setup guide wasn’t enough. The LED color indicators are confusing, and adjusting all the speaker levels took time and patience. Once everything is set up properly, the system performs well. Considering I bought it during a special promotion, I’m satisfied with the purchase. However, LG should improve the clarity of their setup instructions.

Very impressive sound. I really like the wireless rear surround speakers they add a lot to the total sound. The bass can be adjusted to really bring out the explosion sounds in a movie. The sound is impressively clear and I highly recommend this surround sound system. The LG App has a very nice remote control for this surround sound system. It's a lot easier to use than the handheld remote they give you. If you don't have the LG app, its fantastic - get it - you wont be sorry.

This is an awesome deal. I was skeptical about the sound quality at this price but this came out to be excellent. Strong bass, surround sound speakers really fill the room and give an immersive movie experience. 100% steal deal. Setup was also super easy, just follow the steps and they connect automatically and they are wireless except for the surround speakers which need to hooked up to each other.

Rarely basic 5.1 setup. The saline is adequate for my room. It DID take some tweaking to get the immersive experience, but pretty manageable if you know what you’re doing. Subwoofer is almost twice the size of my previous setup and the sound difference is VERY noticeable. The hookup to the TV is painless. It says you need an HDMI (ARC) enabled tv to work, but mine is not and it works fine. (You only need it if you’re moving data back and forth from tv to sound system, which I’m not doing yet). Like I said, sound qualit is pretty good.

When paired with LG products, this sound system comes with settings that are customizable enough to enjoy any sort of media. Sub woofer sounds great and has a vibrant feel in certain movies and shows. Sound bar has great sound output and highly detailed. The rear speakers are fine, they are a good addition but there are better ones out there. Got this set on a deal for 330 after tax, if I paid the original asking price I wouldve lowered the rating.

This sound system has great audio quality and clear sound. It’s loud enough for family gatherings and works perfectly for movies and music. Setup was easy, and everyone in the family enjoys using it. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

We have been loving our S70TR soundbar setup in our 200sq ft living room. We use this soundbar with our LG C5 and WOW Orchestra and the sound envelopes the entire room even on low volume. The subwoofer is also great and provides bassy bumps and vibrations underneath your feet.

This is probably one of the best and affordable speaker/subwoofer I have ever bought I really enjoy listening to music and when I tell you this is loud this “IS LOUD”. Highly recommended

Awesome sound. Paired with an LG C2. I thought the WOW orchestra would be kinda gimmicky, but it really adds a lot more depth than you would think. The bass is boomy, the single upfire speaker works better than expected. Crisp, clean, unbeatable for the cost. Especially if you own an LG TV.

Powerful soundbar! Way better than the last one I had! It has bass boost that rumbles! You don’t have to turn the volume up very high to feel like you’re in the theater! It has different sound options as well so you can listen to sound how you want!

Awesome soundbar system! Strong, but not overpowering subwoofer that's surprisingly compact and overall high quality sound across the board! Paired perfectly with my new 77" LG C5 TV.

ST70TR 5.1.1 is the best soundbar I have ever purchased. The system works great with Dolby Atmos. Totally recommend having one in your living room, it's a great investment, and you'll have a great experience.
