It’s beautiful and big, does what it’s supposed to but is high maintenance. So much excess water on/in the door seal and in detergent draw after a wash. Expensive for all the extra care it requires. After every wash I have to dry the door seal and empty the detergent draw before my next load. Don’t know if I’d purchase an LG again. My Samsung set didn’t require all the extra care but we needed something bigger with our growing family.

Easy to use a lot of power excellent size so many cicles so quiet. Need more illumination in the instrument panel.a little expensive.

I bought this washer as I had a 5.3 cu ft top load washer (which was a whirlpool cabrio and works great) I just wanted something I could stack later if I decided to remodel later on down the road. I honestly don’t have any complaints about the washer it does what it’s supposed to do and is good at it but it has a cycle for anything almost imaginable so if it’s not cleaning properly you are either adding too much soap as these machines can get by using only two tablespoons of concentrated detergent and you use more than the recommended amount that what causes the odor in it and not leaving the door ajar. It may be time consuming for some people to take 15-20 seconds to wipe off the bellow in the machine to keep mold build up down but that’s just part of owning a front loader. I love the turbo wash feature as it uses the recirculating pump to get the detergent and softener into your clothes make them smell great after they are clean I posted several pictures of the controls soap dispensers and the interior of the washer to give anyone a better look to see if this is what they are looking for

Wonderful machine. Super capacity, cleans items very well and efficiently. Quiet and well balanced. I LOVE this washer! Very happy with this purchase.

This washer was purchased based upon maximum load capacity and the various options available. Since having it and the matching pedestal delivered about two weeks ago, the LG has worked fantastically and delivered fresh, clean clothes every wash cycle.

This is a nice large capacity front loading washer. We're okay with the color but wish they had more color options. Our old Kenmore set were candy apple red with heavy use of chrome...POP! We stacked our new washer/dryer set to save space for a clothes folding table. Does a great job with washing but it makes a loud bang 4 times every time we wash a load or I would have given it a 5 out of 5. Not sure if we need to call for service or if this is what it supposed to do. Otherwise I would recommend this washer.

Love this! It’s whisper quiet, cleans large and small loads, the steam cycle is awesome as is the sanitary cycle. Bought from Best Buy after searching every where for larger capacity ones to wash queen & king comforters frequently due to my allergies. The best deal was thru Best Buy.

Great washer! The extra capacity gives you plenty of room to get it all done in less loads with a more energy efficient washer. It is a bit pricey but so far worth it.

I bought the set as a Christmas present to myself. I’m still overjoyed at these machines. I also have the optional pedestal with built in mini-washer. That thing is so handy! My only issue is I can’t get the washer perfectly balanced. My tile flooring is not exactly leveled so when the spin cycle goes to the highest ( some insane jet engine speed), there is some vibration. I really don’t use that speed anyway, it seems excessive.

This washer offers it all. 14 cycles and super quiet. Cleans everything! Best purchase ever!

Works good. Sometimes when the cloths are finished. Some of the clothes don't feel wet. Like they didn't get washed.
