I absolutely love this washer! It looks sleek and modern in my laundry space, and it’s incredibly quiet—even during the spin cycle. Had machine for about two months, couldn’t be happier. At first I was concerned as I had read reviews that the machine created high pitched sounds. I have not heard any such sound coming from mine. We went with this machine because of many conveniences e.g. detergent and softener dispensers that hold 15-20 loads worth of liquid. An in tub faucet, great for pre-treating. And the App is great, it gives you useful data on machine performance and tells you when load is done, how much detergent remains, when to run a tub cleaning cycle +++

This new LG Machine replaced my prior LG machine that I had for over 20 years doing laundry for a family of 7. Now this new machine is a great replacement and I would not have bought a different brand. LG delivers what a household needs. Dependable, wonderful features and easy to use. Might cost more than other brands but trust me it’s worth every penny especially when he lasts. I don’t think I had my other LG machine serviced in 20 years maybe once. Love LG.

Absolutely love this washer. Our last set was LG, they are always high quality but pooped out after ten years of use. We stuck with LG - this washer is excellent! You can do large loads, it washes fast, no uneven load warnings washing multiple towels, cleans well! It also looks very sleek.

Beautiful machine and very efficient! We switched from a front loader and are very happy with the change so far! This machine holds a lot of clothes, was very pleasantly surprised at how many clothes I could fit in one load! Definitely a time saver.

This washer does just what it’s supposed to do. Clothes are clean just on the first wash. Looks great and is compact for my needs. The black matte color matches well with my other appliances. You can hardly tell it’s on, with the exception of the notification that it’s ended its wash. Love LG products.

I love the fact I can put a large load of laundry in this washing machine. Helps a lot on time I spend doing laundry. Big comforters no problem. However if your on the short side you might have to tippy toe to get the bottom stuff. I’m short but this isn’t a big deal to me. Haven’t tried every single feature yet. I don’t regret my purchase at all. My set is matte black and look stunning. The see through lid is also very cool with the soft close lid.

Love my new washer, it is so cool. It knows how much water, laundry detergent, softener and bleach is needed per load which is amazing. It is so easy to use a child could operate it.

Beautiful washer. Super easy to use, there is a slot for soap and softener along with bleach in the front. The machine keeps track of how much is left and tells you whenever you need to fill it. My water bill dropped almost 30$ a month after i had this installed which is insane to me. Clothes come out just barely damp. All in all ive had no issues and im thoroughly impressed.

We just bought this washer and so far so good. I love how easy it is to use. Also you could program it to your phone and it lets you know once it’s done. You also have the option to change the ring tone once it’s done. So far I love it.

This washer is GREAT!!! The AI function does everything for you. It senses load size, materials, and adjusts load accordingly. I love filling the detergent and Softner dispenser up one time and it lets me know after many loads when to refill it. And the 5.5 cf capacity is huge! Very easy to keep clean.

After having a front loader for 30 years I went with a top loader for capacity. I couldn’t be happier. I washed a king size comforter with ease. Smart functions are great. I highly recommend this washer.

Love the extra large capacity. We waiting a little longer for this model to be in stock. The large capacity was an absolute must. Well worth the wait. Keep in mind the dryer may not be able to accommodate the same capacity. Super easy to use and cleans clothes perfectly.

Had this washing machine for 2 months now and use it regularly!! It is the best washer I’ve ever had! Has all sorts of washing options. Love that I don’t have to worry about putting detergent in every time with the auto dispenser. The size of the drum is awesome which means less loads of laundry to wash because more fits in there. I can wash large blankets too! And the cherry on top was being able to customize the end of cycle song and wake up image!

Looks great. AI wash is simple and fast. Wi-Fi connectivity allows it to talk to the matching dryer and alert your phone when the washing is done. Soft close lid. Most loads have taken less than half an hour and the unit is very quiet.
