Customer Ratings & Reviews

LG once again produced an excellent product-great picture, connectivity and price. Highly recommend their products. Package was neatly packed, very simple to assemble and setup was easy. Works well in cabin!

Relatively light for the size and a good bright picture with excellent contrast. The setup was easy with clear voice commands maybe a little fast speaking but not an issue.

The setup was easy the tv legs just pop in the bottom. TV is really clear and works well with all my devices. Apple TV really makes it stand out. It’s a perfect size for my bedroom and highly recommend.

Wanted an up-to-date TV to replace a similar-sized unit that was old enough that several services had stopped supporting it. After some research to become familiar with the state of the art, I settled on the QNED type because it sounded like the kind of image quality that would work best in my living space, and also because it was produced by LG. I have owned other LG products and have always been satisfied with their quality, ease of use, durability, etc. The salesperson at Best Buy was helpful and steered me towards this model, which was on sale at a small discount. The whole transaction quick and smoothly done. Based on that experience, I will be returning to Best Buy for appliance purchases in the future, even though it means driving to a neighboring city to their nearest store. Setting up the unit was simple and straightforward. y apartment provides a satellite-fed cable hookup, and the TV picked up all the channels with no problem. Getting the unit registered to receive input from several streaming services involved a lot of rigamarole, but that is not LG's fault; anyway, we got it sorted out in a couple of hours. I am most favorably impressed with the picture - it is really amazing how much better it is than the 10-year-old system it replaced! The built-in speakers are adequate, but I will probably look for a separate sound bar to bring the audio quality up to the same level of quality as the video. I am still exploring all the different features and functions, and I appreciate all the help and documentation available in the LG software, especially the section on how to use all the buttons on the remote! I am 74 years old; the first TV I remember had a 15" black-and-white screen in a huge cabinet, and there were 3 channels to choose from. So, you can imagine that I am nearly overwhelmed by all that is available now! But thanks to the engineers and programmers at LG, and the staff at Best Buy, i am able to enjoy it all with much trouble at all.

My Samsung TV just stopped working. This is our second Samsung TV to leave us without support. We own a Sony 65' TV, which works great, but we are not looking to spend the high dollar price. When a salesman at Best Buy showed us this LG, the price was right, and it had a good picture quality. We got it home, and it was easy to install, and it has been running great. The only thing was the AI voice that went off every time we changed channels, but thanks to YouTube, we were able to turn it off. We have enjoyed the TV

Beautiful QNED display. The colors are vibrant and the clarity and transitions are smooth. It has all the typical connections and the set up was easy. This unit was placed directly on the wall, so the feet were never used. The remote control has the standard buttons and is nothing special. Overall, it is a super tv.

Very light tv. Has a great picture. Hopefully I can get used to the the interface, the remote is a true nightmare. Buttos are too smalland too many. The remotes for the higher end tvs should be used.

great tv for the price point, picture is great under the right lighting, but the blacks can bleed a bit during dark scenes especially at night. overall great tv highly recommend for the price.

I would first like to say this TV is great for the price. I wanted something newer but didn't want to spend the extra money on an OLED, and this LG QNED ended up being exactly what I was looking for. The picture quality is really good—bright, clear, and the colors look great. It was also very easy to set up, and I had everything up and running in just a few minutes. The built-in smart features have a lot of useful options and apps, and the menus are easy to navigate. So far, I've been really happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a great TV without paying OLED prices, I'd definitely recommend giving this one a look.

This TV has a phenomenal picture for the price. The set up was extremely easy with audio instruction to guide you through. I highly recommend getting this TV.

We purchased this TV based on the store display vivid color. It was fairly easy to set up and link with our Roku soundbar. We're still learning how to use all the features offered, but I was very impressed on how easy it was display the screen from my laptop on the TV.

Good tv, nice sharp image and sounds good. I bought mine to place in my office and use it mainly for my PS5. Doesn’t weigh much. No lag when gaming and was a good price so no complaints.

I was asking myself how far have TVs come in the last 15 years? I haven’t bought one since then and with AI features, cheap pricing and picture quality exceeding the human eye... somehow. This is what I’ve been missing. I picked up the 75 inch for a steal and I’m trying my best to get my parents to buy the same and skip the cable. The bottom line is you don’t need cable with a TV such as this, if you’ve got the cash get it. The future is not only bright, it has deep blacks as well.

If you are looking to get an upgrade without paying so much for a tv, this is the one. Very impressed with the VIVID mode. It will make the screen very detailed by having better pixels.

This tv has a great picture. What a great price I paid. Easy to set up. What value for under $400. Ive recently purchaed a LG soundbar a d a washer and dryer. I returned to LG brand because their prouducts are top of the line.

I’ve had the LG 55” QNED75B for a little while now and I’m really happy with it. The picture is bright, sharp, and the colours look great, especially when watching 4K content. Setup was quick, and the smart TV interface is easy to use.

Great tv works fast and has great pictures the only down side is on the images it says it comes with the magic remote when in reality it comes with the standard remote.

So far, I really enjoy the TV the depth of color and the audio is great however, it’s a little difficult to use with the smart remote and the fact that it never wants to shut off just go into sleep mode.

Great value for the money. I adjusted the color/tint and the picture is beautiful. The good thing about doing that is it makes the picture more to one's liking. We love LG!

I have been using this exclusively to play games with a docked nintendo switch 2. So far it has been great. No motion blur. Good black levels. I love that it even wakes up just by me powering on the switch2. Happy with this TV. Nice piece for a great price
