Actually this is one of the far better TV's that I have. I have a frequent Samsung. Purchaser and I will say the quality, the color, the remote itself, it's form, fit and functional. As well as the other remotes. They also have a solar. Chargeable device on the back of it, as well as having AUSB port. It beats putting batteries, so that's a big savings as time goes on, but nonetheless, the customer service I received at the office was great. I have nothing to complain about.

Got this LG tv after my old Tv bit the dust. So far so good. Took a lil bit to get used to all the new settings/features and controller. But no complaints as of now.
