The LG QNED AI TV is my 5th LG TV that I have purchased from Best Buy. I have enjoyed each and everyone. This particular TV is in my living room and is my best buy so far. I couldn’t hear the voices clearly on my previous tv, which meant I would have the volume up, but now I have selected Clear Voice that projects what the people are saying. Because of this I don’t have to turn up the volume. The picture is so beautiful with a number of options for each program. I do enjoy the Eye Care Mode which blocks out the blue light. As far as steaming goes if is perfect, I am able to stream all my favorite platforms without any issues. This was my Best Buy!

Haven't had any problems with my TV definitely good TV to get.

I paid $500 for this 55" television, at that price it has a fine look. The LG control is kind of magic and kind of weird. I can't really say if I like it better than a standard remote with up/down/arrows. I suggest you try it. It is convenient to point it at the TV selection you want and click. But it often doesn't select where you are pointing, so you need to "calibrate" it by moving it offscreen to line it up with the TV. I guess that's a small price to pay. I applaud LG for something advanced, but I'm still not sure I think it is an advance worth using.

It’s has a good picture very crispy , the control is kind of slow though not sure why .

Excellent product. Very easy to set-up and very light weight. Very good picture and sound. Also include several popular apps which are easy-to-use and very easy to install. I would love to recommend to my friends and family.
