I was going to get the LED but after a discussion with the Best Buy team, we went with the QNED for better picture quality and are satisfied. Adjust the sound to AI and the audio is improved but no where near sound bar experiences. The 55 inch is perfectly picture framed in between our moldings, sized right for the living room, and the picture quality is improved over the LED. The newer LG remote is nice, although the track ball motion can be improved, i feel like it moves too fast.

Overall, the product works great, but there’s one thing I really don’t like: when I walk away, it automatically turns off. Not sure if I have to turn some feature off for this. This is a bit inconvenient because sometimes I just step away for a moment and have to restart everything when I come back. It would be much better if there were an option to keep it running or adjust the settings so it doesn’t shut off so quickly. Other than that, the quality and sound are great. It is very techy.

Great picture. I have both voice and basic remote. ( saved from old LG tv) I tend to use them both. As they both have pros and cons. I love that. It works easily with my Amazon Alexa dot. And it is easy to navigate the free Internet channels come in very easily with the slowest Internet speed. We have about 95 MPS currently and the TV runs perfectly. We bought this one on sale and thought it was a great price at $400 with free delivery.

Pleased with TV. Fairly easy to set-up and access/download apps. Great clarity of picture and sound. Problem getting rid of "annoying" voice and speed of it in the default settings

Out of the box and looks great. Quite impressed with ease of set up and customization options. Nice size for our smaller bedroom. Updates and installation of apps was easy. Like the blacks and vivid picture. Nice and simple remote. Very happy customer and sound is absolutely acceptable for the room.

I’m very impressed with this TV! It has a sleek and ultra-slim design that looks great. The picture quality is outstanding – bright, sharp, and with vibrant colors. Everything looks so clear and realistic. The build quality also feels premium, and it definitely gives the room a modern and stylish touch. I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality television.

I’ve been very happy with my LG TV. The picture quality is excellent—colors look vibrant without being overdone, blacks are deep, and the overall clarity is impressive, especially when watching movies and TV shows. Motion handling is smooth, so fast scenes don’t look blurry or choppy. The smart TV system (webOS) is easy to use and very intuitive. Apps like Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and YouTube load quickly, and switching between them is seamless. The remote is simple and responsive, which makes everyday use hassle-free.

A good selection of features at an affordable price point. Nice picture and color clarity, contrast seems good. Grey uniformity is ideal. The magic remote is interesting but takes time to get used to, I would prefer just a regular remote - Less is not more. Minus a star because navigating to my local digital channels is slow and inconvenient, and it was difficult to figure out at first. Some pop ups also are distracting.

LG QNED TV has a nice picture but lacks customer interface focus. It comes with a cumbersome "Magic" remote with most functions buried in onscreen menus. Ghere is no Mute button, no Input button, no Channel number buttons for quickly changing channels. No Pause or fast forward controls for streaming content. Accessibility functions limit closed captioning to either On or Off, with no option for CC while on mute. LG customer service's response to getting a normal, functional remote was that that I would have to buy one separately. From LG it would cost $26. On Amazon it cost $8 and worth swapping out the not-so-Magic remote.

We are using this tv as bedroom tv and it does the job acceptionally well. LG's home system is easy to work with and move from app to app. Does it have all the bell's and whistles an OLED has nope, but the price is not an OLED price either.

All around impressive. The colors are rich and the sound is better than I thought it’d be. Slim and light for the size, I love it.

I really like this TV! it's great quality. My husband however, who is color blind, loves this TV more than any other electronic! He says this is the most vibrant color he has ever seen on a TV in his entire life! He raves about it anytime we watch anything, and shows colorful videos to anyone who comes over to brag about how great it is.

Excellent TV. Have an OLED in another room that is my primary for movies/high contrast viewing, this is the daily workhorse and it looks great in the living room.

LG 55” TVs. Excellent picture quality, especially in OLED / higher LED Deep blacks, strong contrast, vibrant colors—especially for movies and dark-room viewing. OLED models especially shine here
