We chose this LG with the assistance of the LG rep. We previously had an LG and we were looking at a different brand. The LG rep was very knowledgeable on all the TV brands. Setup was a breeze and the video clarity is amazing.

No instructions came with the unit. We didn’t understand the process for turning it on, letting it sit until it sinked up with our internet. The naration from the TV was so fast a person couldn’t understand it. Still trying to figure out how the remote works. On an up note, we like the screen!

This is a great deal tv for a ps5. Controller for the tv is a bit stupid with the remote as a wii remote. Besides that, make sure you have good internet connection or itll be useless

I am a little disappointed by the picture quality, specifically the colors and brightness. will play with settings to see if both could be improved. I am using wi-fi and streaming

I wish I hadn't bought this TV. Looked great in the store. Got it home and the picture quality was rubbish. Refresh rate was terrible. Everything that I did to try to solve picture issues simply made the other aspects of the picture worse. I would not recommend. Too many other good options to waste your time with this one. Appreciate Best Buy being so helpful with the return process.
