This TV shows good picture quality. The brightness is nice. The sound quality is ok. I like that the tv is easy to use that is when u set up the tv it is easy to use and u can select from the options and it goes straight through.When using the remote for the tv it is very easy. There are buttons that I can use to turn volume up and down and can switch channel to channel. This is a good thing unlike some remotes that doesn't have those buttons. Excellent product!! When turning on it shows these icons in squares or rectangles and the remote has a button in the middle that I can press to select.

I bought the updated 2026 version to replace my daughter's TV—which was a 2021 model—and the difference is huge. Great picture quality, sound, and more. I’ve trusted LG for many years, and they’ve never let me down. 100% recommended.

Honestly, I’ve been using this new LG 55-inch NU700B for a little bit now, and for the price, it’s a really solid TV. The picture is super sharp, and it does a great job upgrading older HD shows so they actually look like 4K. I also love the webOS setup, it’s really fast, easy to click through, and has all the streaming apps I actually use built right in. Plus, if you do any casual gaming, it handles it smoothly without any weird lag. That said, it isn't perfect. Since it doesn't have local dimming, the screen can look a little washed out or grayish when you're watching dark, moody movies in a dark room. It also doesn't support Dolby Vision, which is a bummer if you want the absolute best HDR experience. Oh, and a quick heads up, the remote it comes with is pretty basic. If you want that cool LG Magic Remote where you can point at the screen or use voice commands, you have to buy it separately. Overall, if you just want a great, affordable everyday TV for your living room or bedroom, you honestly can't beat it for the price. Just don't expect it to compete with a high-end OLED theater setup.

We recently retired our old 47" LG TV after many faithful years of service. When it finally gave up the ghost, we searched for a similar replacement and were pleased to find the LG 55” Class NU700B Series LED Nano AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2026) on sale at Best Buy for $50 off the list price. We called our local Best Buy to check availability, and the staff confirmed it was in stock and ready for pickup. Their customer service was excellent from the moment we called to the moment we walked out with the TV. We brought it home, set it up, and—wow—what an upgrade. The picture, the features, the speed… everything exceeded our expectations. We’re grateful for the great service and thrilled with our new LG TV.

My new LG-55" TV offered simple and easy to set-up installation instructions which was a huge relief for me. I am a techy novice! This product was an upgrade from 22!" I am liking the large size picture, it's quality & sound very much! As far as TV viewing, I have numerous options to choose from which I am greatful for. And, also grateful for it's sale price as I had comparison shopped for a while. BEST BUY U Rock!

The picture and sound quality on this tv are excellent! My mom is 80 years old, and her main entertainment is watching her shows. I chose this tv based on the reviews, description of product and it being budget-friendly. No regrets with this purchase & mom loves it!
