We purchased this two years ago. It cools a connected living room and study very easily. Even the entryway has the benefit of the one cooling unit. Very quiet.. Filter easy to clean. Remote is great because of the location. I would recommend this unit

So far the product is great. Unfortunately, it didn't get here when it was supposed to as it kept getting delayed. At one point it was in a different state when the sending store is only an hour away.

Please don't buy this AC.. I bought it and it doesn't work only blows hot air, I contacted Best Buy but my return time was up, I was told to call LG because the warranty is for a year, I have been trying to get them to send out someone to fixed the problem or refund my money but 6 weeks later still haven't got it fixed or a refund
