This is a great TV, love the 65” option, and my first smart TV purchase since ~2017? I’ve watched theatrical movies, documentary/educational content, and hooked my Xbox SeriesX to it for display. I’m always impressed by the viewing and listening quality and options to improve the TVs AI learning and the other presets available to personalize your experience. However, the stock remote requires a second firm press to register about 70% of the time. Also, this TV, with all of its’ bells and whistles, takes absolutely FOREVER AND A MINUTE to switch apps, launch the online services, honestly any action that requires some sort of processing power or speed to not be noticeably slow to the average tech user today. And for some reason, I seem to be entirely unable to troubleshoot or really reproduce a successful connection to AirPlay with my iPhone 12 MaxPro. I’m really hoping that a future update vastly improves these functions or that I’m just really screwing something up to cause these slow speeds, because for the price, I’d rather invest in a display that offers more than a 65” 4K UHD screen and a sometimes difficult to use related LG app. (Take this review with a grain of salt. I love my TV and brag about it like a neighborhood dad. I would love all of my tech to be seamlessly connected to each other and a network, but cross-platform comparability and my local intranet provider could easily be responsible for most of my problems.)

I think the picture quality is great. I went from a 55” to a 65” and I see this way better! From what I have read, LG is a very good brand of TVs. I really couldn’t believe how much you can do on this tv. With some help, I was shown about some of the different things to do on it and how to do it. I’m way behind the times with all of this and am apprehensive at trying anything without help. Now I know just do things. The web os is supposed to be one of the best. My negatives would be about the remote for a few reasons. Since it doesn’t light up, with bad eyesight, it’s difficult to maneuver. I do know with more use it will become easier. I have to use two different remotes to watch via my cable provider ( have to use my auxiliary roku device) for most live shows I watch and what’s all inclusive with spectrum. I don’t think I asked the sales person about that. I remember asking his opinion on the two TVs I was looking at, tcl and this one. He said for a little more money he would purchase this one. I am getting used to which remote to use and for what but always have to use the LG remote for volume level. Overall I think a very good purchase.

Bought this TV to upgrade from a smaller TV. There are 3 red lights and a red bar that show up in dark scenes and light comes in from around the edges in some scenes. Quite disappointed. I live 30 minutes from the store I purchased it from and ended up getting sick soon after and missed the narrow window where I could return it to Best Buy. The AI keeps rearranging things after I get it set the way I want ... finally got that turned off (thought I had already but it seems an update changed that). But honestly, the thing that annoys me the most about all of this is the REMOTE control ... it is horribly set up. No raised dots on buttons so you can easily find the ones you need in the dark ... almost all black buttons, which again, makes it impossible to use in a darker room. Whoever designed the remote control obviously never actually uses them. There is an app you can use, but it is pretty much useless ... the lag between the app and the TV actually doing something is annoying. The picture is good (except for the issues noted above) and the TV looks great in so many other ways, just disappointed I got stuck with one that shouldn't have passed Quality Control.

Life is good with an LG TV! My wife and I bought our first LG, a 50” plasma TV back in 2009, and as of 2022 is still rolling,l and the TV is as good as the first day. 13 years later and it’s working without any degradation on image or sound. So, now in 2022 we were ready to shop for a new TV and we wanted to buy an even bigger TV. So, we went to different stores , and ended up in Sam’s. We decided to try a 65” VIZIO TV and bought it just because it was a steal of a price. After one week we weren’t happy (at all) with the image quality. So, one week later we returned the VIZIO, and then started looking for a new TV. This time around we ended up in BestBuy and found a 65” LG that was perfect for us. The image was vibrant and colors beautifully bright. To tell you the truth, I really dig the “Soap Opera Effect” that render the image a la Soap Opera but in reality what it does is that it gives more fluidity and reality to the image, The movies feel like a real thing, like dreams. It’s a beautiful thing! So, in conclusion, we do recommend LG TVs. They are reliable, beautiful TVs that will last a lifetime! If you’re looking for a TV look no further! LG for life !

This LG tv has beautiful color. It is just the right size for our family room. Sports shows and other shows are movie quality. Great price, too! We love it. And the team that set it up for us from Best Buy, Longview, TX, was great, so helpful! Thank you Best Buy!

"Absolutely thrilled with my LG 65” Class UQ75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV! The picture quality is outstanding, with vivid colors and sharp details that make every scene come to life. The smart features are user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate through apps and streaming services. The sleek design adds a touch of modern elegance to my living room the only disappointing is the remote not having voice control also the five years insurance is a plus. Overall, a fantastic TV that exceeds my expectations!"

LG really stepped their game up with this tv. Amazing picture easy to use. Set up was a breeze good mid range tv. With the clear voice option sound bar is not needed. Ititial set up is a little confusing but it walks you through all of it.

I had a great experience with purchasing the TV with the salesman. Once we got it set up, it has an unbelievable clear picture!! It looks like you are actually in the movie! The color is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone that visits wants to buy it, we tell them to go to Best Buy! Ours is NOT for sale ❤️

I recently purchased an LG TV (model number), and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. From the sleek design that fits perfectly into my living space to the stunning picture quality that brings movies and TV shows to life, every aspect of this TV impresses me. The colors are vibrant, the blacks deep, and the level of detail is exceptional, making for an immersive viewing experience. One of the standout features for me has been the smart functionality. The WebOS platform is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through different streaming services and apps. I’ve found the voice control feature particularly convenient, allowing me to search for content effortlessly.

Overwhelmed by the options and prices of tv’s these days. At least we knew we wanted to stick with LG, since our last one lasted 15 years. We upgraded our 50” to 65” and couldn’t be happier. This time we added a sound bar, good decision

I hate LG’s webOS with a passion, but that’s what Apple TV is for babyyyyy (or literally anything else that isn’t webOS). The OS is ok for quickly hopping into a show, but the difference between an actual service and this is huge The tv itself is good. It’s not OLED, but it’s still good quality, and was a good price for the size. Picture quality seems to have held up years later. The brightness leaves a lot to be desired though, and the sound even more so, both in quality and volume. Also, sorry, not by the TV to take any pictures, but dug up a relatively recent one

The picture screen is beautiful. Beautiful coloring. Great sound. Light weight somewhat. Perfect for the bedroom where I placed it. I’m interested now in getting the 85 inch. Loving it!

I’m very happy with this LG UHD TV! The picture quality is amazing — bright, sharp, and vibrant. It was easy to set up, the interface is user-friendly, and all the streaming apps work smoothly. Sound is decent, but I connected a soundbar for a better experience. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

An excellent large screen TV for a great room, family room, or bonus room. LG technology makes it so user-friendly I am not technically inclined at all. And I have no problem navigating through commands or with the remote. The picture and sound are crystal clear. I’ve had this TV for about a month and I’m so comfortable with that that I’m even confident enough to change the sound quality or picture quality as I seat fit. Not bad for an over 60 year old gal. The price is right go ahead and get yourself a 65 inch TV!
