Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is the second LG dryer we have owned. Its quiet and effecient. Dryes everything typically on the first go. Excluding King size blanket. The musical chimes are cute and just loud enough to know the dryer is done. If you dont like the chimes, you can use the app and get notifications to your phone.

We only have LG appliances because they are top of the line. This LG smart dryer dries quickly and using the LG ThinQ app makes it even easier in conjunction with the LG smart washer to get the wash done quickly and efficiently. WiFi can be a bit difficult to set up.

[Employee of bestbuy] Only pro to this dryer is the large capacity. Cons include stupid door that opens to the side! When you open the door all the socks, dryer balls, small items fall right on the floor. The lint tray is absolutely horrible. Dumbest design ive ever seen! Its folded, so when you open it, the lint wafts in your face. Then you have to peel off the lint over the trash. The settings make so sense. You either have a preset of 35 minutes or 1:03 minutes. If you want anything else, you have to select a bunch of buttons. The app feature is nice. But i also have an LG fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave so im familiar with the app. As others stated, the machine does the classic LG "song" after each cycle. You cant turn it off. I am returning this set.

Working like a champ need a another good machine hopefully it lasts more than 10 years

I love the new dryer and the fact that it tells me on my phone when my load is finished the only thing is i wish the normal dry dried a little better cause i have to put it on heavy load and also when i start the dryer it makes a humming noise but other than that i like it it

Great dryer with excellent performance. The Sensor Dry feature works perfectly, and the large capacity handles big loads easily. Quiet, efficient, and the smart features are a nice bonus—definitely worth it!

This dryer does a fantastic job, it is quick, efficient, and fairly quiet! It also looks fantastic with the brushed black finish! Im very happy with this purchase and though I've yet to empty out the lint trap, it's actually a pretty simple and standard process, so i expect no issue there. The smart features are also a welcome bonus as it may not be super useful all the time, it does give me status and health info about the dryer that lets me know things are doing what they're supposed to!

The dryer does it job BUT the lint filter is a pain in the butt to clean, every time. You have to pull it out and then open it up and then clean each little screen section. Also the chime for it isn't very loud and you can't adjust the volume. The sales person at the outlet store miss led us and told us this one had the drop down door and also side opening door

Works great, like the large capacity for the big loads. Runs quiet.

Great dryer. Runs quickly and quietly. Happy with our ourchase. App is easy to setup as well.

Based on research of various dryers and the recommendation's of the sales rep I decided to go with this dryer

A little disappointed with the quality of the door. Went to go switch the opening to the other side and it was a complete nightmare. Ended up having them send a replacement since there was a dent and the door couldn’t attach at all on the opposite side. My old lg was so easy. Also probably wouldn’t get black again. Shows every mark.

Quiet and efficient operation. User friendly. All that you need in an appliance - LG delivers

Works great, love the color. So quiet. Great app….

I love it. Very smooth and quiet. A lot of space. I l like the white color and the door with glass

Works as it should, so far. Doesn't make too much noise. The lack of an automatic light took some getting used to. Didn't realize how much it helps to have a light when taking clothes out.

First of all, the entire process is very quiet. Furthermore, it is not overly complex, yet it is equipped with all the useful and necessary functions without any shortcomings.

So far we have been very pleased with the dryer. It is easy to use and the dry time is perfect .

Very efficient.only problem is when using dryer sheets they got caught in the edge of the lint trap

Have only used once so far. It’s quiet and efficient. Very happy so far. The black gets dusty and dirty easily.
