Absolutely love it ! Not only does it look great it works fantastic!

Just installed and did the sheets and came out great. Was not extra damp took no time to dry.

This is a great dryer! Easy to use, very quiet with a soft chime when done. Recently upgraded and love it. Large capacity. Door opens two ways up down or sideways. It is super efficient. Love the AI technology. Lots of options for various types of clothes. Have not uploaded the phone app yet. Looking forward to that feature.

So far i’ve had this dryer for 4months and its pairing washer. Easy touch like buttons to use. It has several drying time options for towels, blankets and a steamer for easy wrinkle free clothing. My son uses this option before school. But overall regular drying you can control the settings theres high, med high, medium, med low and so forth. So options and times you can adjust with the settings to your drying time needs. I love it but also keep up with the lint it tells you before drying to check it. So this reminder is helpful too! Overall best upgrade coming from a 20yr+ dryer we moved into.

Quiet. Door has a double panel of glass. Machine is insulated all around. These facts come from speaking with an LG technician. Large variety of optional settings can be added to the already programed list of dryer cycle options. Ability to choose cycle based on the fabric type or based on time. Can modify heat and wrinkle care and use steam if needed. It looks sleek and beautiful. Door is easy to open. Filter has a fine mesh preventing build up of lint in the rear of machine and in the duct located in your wall. Machine notifies you of and obstruction which prevents a fire. Best dryer ever!!

I was a tad skeptical getting a higher end machine but this has beaten my expectation. Simple to use and dries everything great.

After using the washer/dryer set for about 2 months, we really like all the features offered. We like the ease of use and making the selections on the fabrics we're washing and drying. We love the sleek look, the roominess in the machines and the smaller footprints. We do think that it's hard to find the on/off button because of the dark panel but it's not a big deal. Really love the steam function that took out about 80% of the wrinkles in a dress I wanted to wear (recommend letting it run the full 10 minutes of steam, because I took it out after 5 minutes and it was damp). I didn't think I would ever purchase LG, but so far it's been a really nice doing laundry. One thing is my elderly mother is petite and has a little difficulty reaching down to the bottom of the machine to get some of her laundry, but we have one of those senior aids that helps her reach down.

I love my new dryer. I purchased both washer and dryer. There deep and sleek. For large loads and k have washed blankets and comforters and they come out nice when they come out of the dryer. If your load is half way empty you can clearly hear the water but overall I’m super happy with my purchases

Nice and spacious. Quiet and drys clothes well. Also has many smart functions which I'm still learning how to use. Overall happy so far.

This dryer works fantastic. Drys all my clothes and laundry in a quarter of the time of the unit I replaced. No wrinkles

One of the best dryers I have bought and I have bought plenty. It is super easy to use, the lint trap is easy to clean, it is very quiet, and I love the AI setting.

I didn’t know how I would feel about the one knob but it’s been great. I love that my phone tells me when the load is done. I also like that the door opens in two ways

Replaced an OLD dryer with this bad boy. Does incredible with large load of regular clothes. Does pretty good with bedding but you have to still rotate the sheets since they have wet spots on inside like usual. Does take a while to dry using the AI stuff. LOVE the app and notifications when dryer is done. Look sleek in black. Pay for installation and it’s easy

The machine is fantastic. Just don’t buy it from BEST Buy. Their installer caused a gas leak and then when we tried to get them back to fix it it was going to take 5 days for them to come back. We paid to have a plumber fix it but then we realized the Best Buy installer didn’t even finish installation of the steam kit. We have had to take 5 days off work to resolve the installation issues. And it still isn’t resolved. Not to mention 10+ hours on the phone/chat with people who claim to want to help but actually cannot. They promise help but no one follows through. The entire process has been awful. Lies and misleading information. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent to upgrade into this very sleek efficient model again! love the way it does the job. Highly Efficient machine .. I’m liking it very much, just got ride of my front loaders .. Kenmore Elites… feels like I traded up again!

Dryer has many features that can sync with app. Tumbles clothes very well to minimize wrinkles. Only slight con-door does not fold down all the way-however door is reversible.
