After spending considerable time researching my next big appliance investment, I landed on the LG Stackable Smart Front Load Dryer. Fast forward several months, and it’s safe to say, this machine has injected a welcomed dose of sophistication and convenience into my laundry routine. Striking Aesthetic The first point that deserves a nod is the stellar black steel finish that accentuates my laundry room with a modern, chic appearance. It blends seamlessly with different interior palettes, and its sleek design doesn’t scream “appliance” but rather whispers “elegance.” Efficacious Drying Functionality wise, it’s a true workhorse. From heavy bed linens to delicate wear, everything emerges impeccably dry, retaining the fabric’s quality and color. The diverse drying options offer a bespoke approach to handling different textiles, ensuring they’re not just dried but cared for. Uncomplicated Intelligence The smart features initially seemed like a nifty bonus but rapidly became a feature I cannot do without. Being able to manage laundry cycles amidst a hectic schedule, all from my smartphone, has been a genuine time-saver. The self-diagnostics are also impressive, ensuring any potential issues are communicated promptly, minimizing downtime. Silent Performer The whisper-quiet operation is, without doubt, one of its standout features. Whether it’s running a rapid cycle during a busy day or a heavy load in the evening, the machine manages to diligently do its job without disturbing the household’s tranquility. User-Friendly with a Learning Curve It's worth noting, the array of features and settings did initially pose a slight challenge, demanding a thorough read of the manual. But once over that hump, the interface and functionality became second nature, allowing me to optimize my laundry routine efficiently. Conveniently Compact Given the limitations of urban living spaces, the stackable option has been a spatial lifesaver. It’s freed up valuable room in the laundry area, allowing for additional storage and an overall less cluttered environment.

Super large capacity by choice even though there are only two of us in the household. We elected to purchase area rugs that can be washed in a large capacity washer/dryer. The dryer has proven itself to be extremely capable as well as intuitive to use... It's also a lot quieter that any dryer I can remember even being in a separate laundry room... Yes I'd recommend this LG unit to anyone needing a large capacity dryer.

We replaced an older LG set that was still in excellent condition but was over 10ths old. We wash at least 1 full load per day so you can do the math but the LG gave us no problem and my daughter in law needed a washer/ dryer as she has a youngster. I guess my point is we were so pleased with our last LG purchase that a new set should takes us thru retirement with few issues. I like the new technology and app notifying us ehen load is done and the size is a bit bigger for added capacity for busy days. The delivery and set up by Best Buy went very well. Was timely snd professional answering any questions we had. Overall experience was excellent and product research allowed me to reduce my shopping time needs.

This dryer has so many features I haven't even learned how to use them all yet.

Dries quick no problems so far.bright light inside is great. Wish I could put it on very dry permanently without doing it every time I start a load.

I’m very happy with LG washer & dryer. They are very quiet and offer a variety of pre-set options. I especially like the auto fill detergent feature.

I received this product and it arrived damaged. I requested for a new one to be ordered went through the process and 1 month passed by and I didn’t get an update I assumed it was still on back order my previous order took almost 4 weeks. I called shortly after not getting an update and basically the first gentleman never fulfilled the order. Super disappointed and best said they can only offer me a gift card because it’s outside of the return window. Even more disappointing because I paid 1500 for my very first dryer and I spend a lot of money at Best Buy

Overall i'd say great dryer. Sometimes the sensor doesn't do a great job determining if something is dry so you have to use a manual dry cycle but that seems to be with very small loads. Much quieter and quicker than our previous dryer. Love the space saving of stacking it but will say it makes it a little challenging to see what option you are selecting with the scroll wheel. From the angle you look from it appears to be one selection off from where it actually is if you look straight ahead so it takes a little learning/remembering to make sure your selecting the correct cycle.

Outstanding product, well designed, easy to use, easy to modify cycles, Quite, almost silent during use. Could not recommend more highly. Stainless steal drum, solid door hinges and an interior light

I purchased this dryer as it went with the washing I purchased. It works well, has a variety of settings, but you have to get used to how those settings effect your clothes. Accidently chose the wrong setting and that shirt won't fit a toddler. However, if you take the time to figure it out, it is a good, solid dryer and worth the purchase.
