Reliable, Efficient, and Easy to Use I’ve been using this dryer for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a solid addition to my laundry routine. It heats up quickly, dries clothes thoroughly, and offers a range of settings for different fabric types. I especially love the sensor dry feature—it prevents over-drying and keeps my clothes in better shape. The drum is spacious enough for large loads, including bedding and towels, which saves time on laundry days. It’s also relatively quiet, which I appreciate since my laundry area is near the living space.

I didn't realize how ineffective my old washer and dryer was until I got these ! My old dryer struggled to get done of the heavy bedding dry in less than 2 cycles but this does it in one ! Everything comes out feeling great and smelling fresh. It even sends you a message when it's done! Very cool. Looks great ! Love it and they look great !

Me and my fiancé recently got our new town home and needed a new washing/ dryer machine. We went to our local best buy and one of the salespeople showed us this beautiful/ sleek design machine and we fell in love. The price range for what youre getting is unbeatable- the machine has multiple features for different types of clothes and has a Bluetooth function that allows you to set it to a certain time for the load to begin washing. Lets face it, im one of those that forgets my clothes in the machine over night and has to rewash the same load! Thanks LG for such a great product, and best buy for making the purchase/ delivery effortless. PS. I purchased these clear bumper strips to prevent any damage to the doors in case theyre swung open.

Love our new washer. It’s very quiet and very efficient especially when using the AI. In addition, it connects to Alexa and phone app so it alerts me when laundry is done.

I personally wanted the white model. It is efficient and save lot gas. Moreover, you can control it using your phone.

This dryer is great. Modern, full of technology, and does everything it needs to do efficiently. Only dissappointment was with the contractors bestbuy sent to install. Initially it was a horrible experience, as they were not professional at all and didn’t do the installation at all, but left a mess. Than bestbuy sent a different group to complete the install. Without that incident this would’ve been perfect. But the product is great.

I recommend this appliance. I am satisfied with it. In my family we do not expect something like this quality, but after my purchase I recommend it. It has a very slow noise and a quality that does not wear out my clothes.

Very easy and convenient to use specially with the App.

The perfect stackable pair for condos or anywhere that has limited laundry space. I love the stainless steel grey color (will match pretty much any type of interior color scheme). These have all the bells and whistles you could ask for and all of the latest technology incorporated into the design.

After using it for two weeks, by pure chance, we realized that the gasket had a tear, which caused leakage. Since we bought the machine but waited for two weeks for installation, we were told that 15 days of return has expired when we contacted BestBuy. Now we have been waiting for a repairman for three weeks since BestBuy sold us a defective washing machine and refuses to take it back. We cannot wash our clothes for a month now since we are waiting for a repairman who only comes to our city once a week. I do not recommend buying an appliance from BestBuy

Greta design, functional, aesthetically pleasing, efficient, easy to use. What's not to like? LG has been a staple in our household for several years. And Best Best makes it easy as they facilitate the transactions as good as anyone. The extra perks such as Rewards and Gift Cards (based on purchased amount) are simply a bonus and much appreciated. We are very pleased overall.

This dryer is very quiet and the bluetooth capability is wonderful. I always know when the close are done. And the quick dry setting is wonderful. Always seem to have a small load and nice to have a quick dry setting to use!!

We downsized and moved to a townhouse, unfortunately we had to leave our LG washer and dryer behind. Sadly the washer/dryer at the townhouse needed replacement. We are now the proud owners of a new LG washer and dryer. Bigger capacity, quiet, several options, blue tooth connection. We highly recommend this brand.

We had issues with our brand new Maytag dryer heating up too much and ruining clothing, so we returned it and ordered this LG one. The first one of these that we got, it was clicking and creaking with every rotation, so we had to ask for an exchange. The second one doesn't have the clicking issue, but the dryer vent attachment point in the back is a little loose, which is slightly concerning, but we decided to accept it, because we don't feel any exhaust leaking. The temperature control on this one is very accurate, and the "Low" setting is truly low enough to avoid ruining clothes, so we're pretty happy with it. I wish it were a little easier to select the timing setting. You have to push the button to cycle through each time option (10 min, 20 min, 30 min, etc.) instead of being able to go forward and back. So if you miss the one you want, you have to loop all the way back around, up through I think 120 min. It traps some lint and hair around the edge of the door, so it's important to have the white one so you can see it and clean that up before dragging your newly-cleaned clothes across it.
