Works great, but pay attention to detail

I ordered a 15,000 BTU per the info on the website, however when it was delivered it showed a 14,000 BTU. I called customer support thinking the wrong item may have been delivered, but they told me the serial number registers to the 15K BTU and to look at the unit in the box and call back. As I desperately needed AC, I accepted the 14K BTU, and works great, but I think the website is misleading.

This A/C is performing exactly the way we expected it to. Cooling efficiently, quiet. Cycling off and on in the most effective way. We've been buying LG A/C's for years and they are the best. And Best Buy had a very efficient way or ordering.

Terrible I brought one home that advertised 18000 was 14000 installed it worked for a minute then wouldn't start up, shipped me another one worked for 2 days then. Nothing, customer service was terrible wanted to get another one and not solve the issue. Never again
