This is hands down LGs best OLED TV. You can tell they really took their time with the design, build quality, and picture processing. All the usual anomalies normally found on WOLED TVs like near black chrominance overshoot, color banding/color gradation issues, noise in the picture. All that is handled superbly and non existent. I don’t think I’ve ever had an OLED panel they didn’t suffer from this issues. I assume it’s due to the 8K panels having double the amount of pixels than the 4K panels. Making for a more controlled tighter and cleaner image due to the pixel density. It get plenty bright. Not overly bright like the G5 that makes that set have issues trying to handle that brightness. It’s a shame this is the last 8K OLED they will produce as they are quite impressive. Anyone that on the fence better hop on this clearance price deal now to secure yourself one of these 8K oleds as we don’t know if we’ll ever see one again.

This is the most beautiful television I have ever owned. The resolution definitely makes a difference because the pixel density helps eliminate issues seen in 4K OLED TVs; namely, banding, tinting, color banding, gradation issues. 4K content upscales very well because its resolution is an exact multiple of four. As far as native 8K content for this TV, unfortunately the mainstream streaming platforms and disc formats are lacking in this department. For videos, I have to source 8K content from NHK's BS8K TV channel. They have produced a lot of native 8K music and documentary programs, and they have native 8K transfers of some films such as 2001: A Space Odyssey. For video games, an RTX 5090 can drive most games at 8K 60 FPS; although modern AAA titles will require the usage of DLSS upscaling technology. Older titles and indie titles will not require this. This TV also accepts 4K 120 Hz signals. Certain very fast paced games may benefit from running at this lower resolution and higher framerate. Both look spectacular on this TV. You can definitely see a clarity improvement over 4K if you sit close enough and your vision is 20/20 or corrected well but I can see the diminishing returns. Higher resolution displays than 8K will likely not be necessary to saturate current human vision capabilities. It's missing just two key features: -Curved screen option -Stereoscopic 3D My Odyssey 3D and Neo G9 monitors still see a lot of use because of this... bring on 8K resolution, stereoscopic 3D, ultrawide, and curved screens all in one package I say!

The TV is honestly not the best. I was expecting mote out of this 8K panel. Especially considering the fact it is OLED.

This is one of the best LG OLEDs and also the last model to offer 8K resolution. I find the picture quality to be excellent, colors are super vibrant and 8K content really stands out (YouTube and other sources). Grab one if you can still find one of these sets.

This has the increased brightness of MLA tech with the amazing 8K quality of 33 million individually controlled pixels. If you have the opportunity to buy this TV I highly recommend it. I primarily watch 1080p to 4k/8k content on this and it is all upscaled beautifully. Gaming is also smooth.

Best LG OLED TV ever!!! We have owned multiple LG OLED 65” C Series TVs over the last 10 years but this 8K TV goes above and beyond in just about everything you look for in a TV. The brightness and clarity are both unmatched. I would buy another one in a heartbeat but it seems to now be unavailable in my area.
